Cool Condo

We were a group of 7 that stayed here! Close by to everything so it didn’t feel too far out of Branson. When you arrive don’t be scared of the turn, the condos are down a cliff!!! the only main concern we had amongst the group was the beds were unfortunately not up to par. Some of the items within the house fell apart and I messaged the host. A great weekend stay but not an extended one.

Family Fun in Branson

The condo in Branson was a perfect getaway for our family of five during Thanksgiving break. The room had adequate bowls and cookware to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. We did bring throw-away metal cookpans to make sure we could warm up our casseroles & smoked turkey. The condo location is perfect to access shows & activities on the strip. Parking was a slight issue as many other families were staying at the condo and had multiple vehicles. If you went to a late show, you had to park in a different condo parking lot and walk up the hill back to our building. Not really a problem for my family but if your older or not real mobile it could be an issue. The ground level condo was ideal for loading & unloading our stuff. We were thankful for this on the first day after our very long car ride to reach Branson. The only draw back to the ground floor condo was that you could hear every step or should I say STOMP made by the upstair neighbors. It really was quite distracting. The beds were very comfortable and the TV was easy to navigate in the living room. Overall the experience was pleasant and our family enjoyed relaxing in Branson during the holiday break.

2 week stay

This property was exactly as described. We loved the easy load in. (No stairs) The pool was just a few steps from the unit. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5.... We were there for 2 weeks, the kitchen is lacking in some items that would have made meal time easier. There was only 1 oven mit and it was super thin. Things I would like to see added to the kitchen: good oven mits/potholdrs, collander, a casserole dish, a full size sheet tray or pizza pan, and some serving bowls. Also, there was some major issues with parking over the holiday weekend. People were parking on the grass. Either there aren't enough parking spaces for all the units or there were people with extra vehicles. Over all this is anlovely unit and location. Just a few fine details that could make it perfect.

Good space, not the cleanest

The arrangement of the beds at the home was great. It would not, however, accommodate nine people if we had that many. It accommodates seven people comfortably. The living area was fine. The unit was right next to the pool. We had enough space for our group, and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, it was not super clean when we checked in. There was salt spilled on the counter and popcorn and other random food under the couches and in between the cushions. Also, we tried the code for the door, and we had to try several times to get it to work. It took us a lot of time to get in. Our ice cream melted, and our frozen pizza was no longer frozen by the time we got in the door. I tried to call the help number, and no one was available. I waited for several minutes. I also texted the number they gave, but I did not get a reply until five hours later. At that point, it was after midnight, and I was trying to sleep. All in all, the condo is good. The service was not good, and the place was not clean. Housekeeping had left an envelope for us to put a tip in there, but I refuse to tip if the service is not up to par.

Very nice place, but floors definitely needed to be mopped. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Right next to the pool, which was great! This condo is on the lower level, so you can hear everything above you. Enjoyed our stay!
