Swansons King Suite awaits you! The cozy living room is equipped with a sofa that doubles as a sleeper, and Smart TV.



The Space:

The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to whip up a delicious meal is in the comfort of your own kitchen, equipped with all utensils, appliances, and necessary counter space. You’ll find it fully stocked with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and more. A dining table for 2 is available to enjoy your meals.



The condo sleeps 4 comfortably between the bedroom, and the sofa sleeper.



The bedrooms is situated with a King bed, TV, en-suite, jetted tub, and patio access. The en-suite is equipped with a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-down unit from the front, and walk-in from the side parking lot.

- Parking is available for two spaces directly in front of the building.

- Community pool use is NOT permitted for guests.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

Very Comfortable

We walked in to the space with light music playing and a side table light on. The entire area was spotless, and smelled fresh. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes. The furnishings were exactly as listed. The communication with the people was great. They even sent a message when there was a tornado warning and what we needed to do. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. We were minutes away from the downtown area. We were blessed with 2 free tickets to a show and the show was amazing. We had no trouble getting our complementary tickets. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Ad was misleading

The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Plenty of towels. The disappointment we experienced was due to the ad saying there was a washer and dryer with instructions to put the towels in the washer. There was NO washer and dryer. We expressly chose this unit because the ad said there was one. We had to take time out of our vacation to locate a laundry mat and wash/dry our clothes. The kitchen was also disappointing. There was no stovetop or oven. Only a microwave. We had planned to cook most of our meals, but ended up incurring added expenses of dining out. I would recommend updating the ad for this until so that other travels can make a more informed choice.

Great condo and perfect location

This condo was very nice. Comfortable and well-decorated. It had a nice patio overlooking the tennis court and pool. The bed was a little soft for us but comfortable. Good communication. We like this location. Close to everything. Would stay again.

Great little condo!

We came for the MO NASP State Archery Tournament, that was held on the Landing. We didn’t want to be right in the midst of all the coming and going traffic, so we looked for a place within a few miles of the convention center - but, not right at the convention center. We were very pleased to find this little condo! It was in a great central location, with easy access to all Branson has to offer; yet, it was also secluded and quiet. The condo itself was perfect for my husband and I. Just enough space to be comfortable. The bed was super soft and comfortable, which, is always a plus when staying away from home! Upon arrival, there was music playing on the two TV’s, and we thought that was a nice welcoming touch. Check in was great, had all the details that were needed in plenty of time before actually arriving to the destination. Overall, a great condo, and a great experience!
