Please refrain from smoking inside or outside the condo! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

* NO PARTIES/EVENTS

We kindly ask you to treat our condo as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

* NO PET/ANIMALS

Bringing a pet/animal can result in loss of security deposit and an additional $250 cleaning fee.
