Your cozy home away from home has all the features you will need for a relaxing and comfortable family getaway or a romantic couples trip, but sleeps enough to bring the softball/baseball group!

After enjoying your fun filled days in Branson, it will be great to know you're coming home to a spot that has it all. Streaming TV's for relaxing downtime, quality beds and linens for that good night’s sleep and a fully equipped kitchen to make up any size meal. Spend some quiet time on the private balcony. You'll be just a short 1 minute walk away from The Vineyards complex outdoor pool, so bring your suit and jump on in!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Condo is on the 2nd floor of a 2-story building, so there is ONE flight of stairs up to the home, with NO neighbors above you.
Master bedroom - King size bed (Sleeps 2), attached master bath
Bedroom 2 - Full/Full bunk bed (Sleeps 4 kids or 2 adults), weight limit of 130lbs on top bunk
Bedroom 3 - Queen size bed (Sleeps 2)
Additional Sleeping - Queen Air Bed
Littles - Pak-n-Play and a Hiccapop bed bumper for toddlers that works for any bed.

PROPERTY FEATURES:
Fully equipped kitchen: waffle maker, crock-pot, blender, toaster, mixing bowls, food storage, frying pans and pots, casserole dishes, plenty of place settings and dishes for the kiddos. Highchair for the littles.

Coffee bar with Mr Coffee pot and Keurig Mini (starter amount of grounds, filters, and K-cups provided).

High speed WiFi and streaming TV’s in every room. NO cable provided, plan to login to your favorite streaming service. Family table top/card games

Premium bedding linens on comfortable mattresses with extra blankets and pillows.

Bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes, hand mirror, hair dryer.

Starter supply of bathroom tissue and paper towels provided

Iron, ironing board and full size washer/dryer with detergent in the laundry room.

Pak-n-play and Hiccapop bed bumper for toddlers.

Outdoor seating on balcony. We're sorry, but per condo association rules, no grills are allowed on the balconies.

- Access to the community swimming pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day (this does get busy in the warm season!)

- Free first-come first-served parking. Parking lot DOES GET FULL in the busy season (March - December). Please limit your party to 2 vehicles.

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the home! Extra cleaning fee will be charged.
We love our homes! Any damages to the home and property (including stained bedding, towels, broken dishes, etc) will be charged to the guest upon checkout.
$50 fee for late checkout

Full access to the home! There are a couple of closets that are locked for owner's supplies.

We live in Springfield, which is just up the road from Branson. You and your family deserve a 5-star stay and we hope to provide that for you. The Vinyards condominium complex is perfectly situated off of Highway 376 and 265. Conveniently located, but still private and secluded. 4 Miles to Silver Dollar City, 4 Miles to the Branson Strip, 4 Miles to Table Rock Lake. 5-15 minute drive to most major attractions in Branson. The Vinyards is popular, which means you'll likely be spending your time around other vacationers. Some noise can be heard through the floors in the building, which is to be expected in any apartment or condo complex. We hope to host you in Branson!
