Downtown Branson’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping are around six miles away. If you’d rather play on the water, Indian Point Marina is around four miles away, and there’s an on-site pool as well. In addition to a wonderful location, you are granted access to fantastic community amenities, including a sparkling outdoor pool, a hot tub, basketball and tennis courts, and a playground.

Delight yourself with magnificent views of the lake and trees from your spacious balcony, which has been furnished with a cozy lounge area and an outdoor dining table so you can enjoy your meals alfresco. Inside, the living area invites you to spread out comfortably and just focus on relaxing while streaming a favorite show or movie on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. Feeling hungry? Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
