Back indoors, the open floorplan flows into the modern kitchen, showcasing stainless steel appliances, smooth stone counters, and crisp white cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. The sophisticated dining room table offers room for the whole crew for formal meals and game nights alike, while 2 high top stools at the counter offer a casual venue for hors d’oeuvres or a breakfast on the go.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.
• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required with a mandatory parking fee of $5 per car per night, to be paid to the resort upon check-in at the Welcome Center.

• This is a 2nd-floor, walk-up unit, with 17 steps required to reach the main door.

It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.

Golf Trip

Came to Branson for a golf trip and this property was perfect. Great location near multiple courses giving us a variety of places to play. The check-in process was easy and well communicated through the property host. Property was extremely clean and well furnished. We will definitely be staying here again!
