Are you looking to go Wakeboarding, Waterskiing, or Tubing? We offer a service to take you out on our boat and take you for a ride on whatever you like. We supply everything. The skis, wakeboard, tube and life vests.

The tent exceeded all my expectations! It was so cozy and peaceful! JP was extremely welcoming and responsive. The local restaurants had wonderful food, I especially liked a seafood dish from the coach light inn. I would love to return in the future and do more exploring!
Grant Island is a 2 acre island which has 2 main houses and three tiny homes.
Management lives in the primary house and the second house is rented to groups of up to 8 guests.
The Hot Tub is perfect for those cool evenings to warm your bones with your partner. Jump in and enjoy the bubbles.
The Beach Area has many chairs and two docks so that you can almost always have your own area. We have a diving board that is available for you.
Included in your rental are 3 electric boats for you to explore Brantingham Lake and go fishing or transport yourself back and forth from the mainland parking area.
We have some of the darkest skys in New England. It's an amazing place to StarGaze. For 2025 we will have a Telescope for exploring the skies.
Your rental includes a Canoe to use as well.
We have a boat rental business on-site and offer our guests a 30% discount on Pontoon Boats, ATV's, Jetskis, Kayaks, SUPS, Paddleboats and more. After reserving, we will send you our comprehensive house manual with all details on how to upgrade your experience and redeem your 20% discount.
Theres a hot tub available for you a short walk away on the island which is perfect for those cool evenings.
Brantingham Lake is well known for its families of Loons which make themselves known in the evening with their unique calls that echo around the still lake.

We are dog friendly and love pets. For this cottage we allow one dog with a 20 lb weight limit. There is a $50 pet fee so please make sure to add a pet to your reservation if you plan to bring one.
Please do not arrive with a large dog over 20lbs without consulting us first.
We will consider dogs larger than 20 lbs on a case-by-case basis.
Please make sure to consult us before making your reservation to check on this. There will be an additional charge, if the dog is accepted. This can be paid on arrival.
All Dog visitors must be friendly and non-agressive. If you have a dog who has ever shown aggression, we ask that do not bring them or keep them leashed during their stay.
The owners of the island have a small dog that , at times, will come visit and say hello to our guests. We prefer to keep a harmonious atmosphere on the island so any animals with aggressive histories will not be allowed. If you have any questions or concerns about this please contact us.
After reserving, we send a comprehensive house manual, which will give you the voucher discount code and explain the best way to make your reservation.

We tried to think of everything possible to make this location the perfect experience. Our bed is a Queen size bed with top quality mattress, linens and sheets. You can overlook the lake right from bed.
The cottage has a mini fridge, hot water kettle and plenty of space for your food and drinks.
Need to work remotely? We have wifi that you'll have in your accommodations.
We installed a full size kitchen sink just outside the tent with running water to make it easy and convenient to clean. Also is a toilet so you dont have to walk to the Primary bathroom just to go #1.
The full size bathroom and shower is a short walk away from the tent area.
There are entrances on each side of the bathroom. One is for the Toilet and Sink and the other is for the Shower. Both have separate entrances so both can be occupied at the same time. Each door has a vacant/occupied sign to let you know when it's available for everyone's consideration.
Come chill out on at our Fire Pit and bring your smores and play your favorite evening camp fire music on our waterfront system.
We have a diving board and floating raft for swimming to.
We offer an upgrade to a pontoon boat if you're looking to cruise the lake
We also do rentals of Jetskis, ATV, SUP, Kayak , paddleboat and many more other cool adventure seeking toys. As a guest of ours you are granted a 20% discount on all extra rentals.
Guest Access:
You have 1/5 of our island private to yourself. You will have your own private dock and electric boat. The parking area is about 2500 feet away on the mainland. When you arrive we arrange to meet you at the parking area, bring you to the island and get you oriented. From there you are free to come and go with your own private boat.
Getting Around:
When you reserve we send you a comprehensive house manual with whats around our local area and things to do.
We provide you your own private electric boat to travel to and from the island so you have transportation always at your disposal.
Interaction with Guests:
On the island we have 3 other rentals cottages and 1 house for management.
You will have your own private area but there will be other guests on the island in our other cottages.
