“The breakfast was better than a lot of free hotel breakfast and for the most part, the staff was friendly. The common areas were clean enough but our room left a bit to be desired. For example, you could see handprints in the dust above the lamp. The main issue that we had is that our room didn't get cleaned the entire 6 days that we stayed. The 3rd night, we went to the desk for clean towels. On the 5th morning we stoped by the desk on our way out to inquire why our room had not been cleaned...

“Nice little house and nice yard. Bed was comfortable. However, living room furniture was not comfortable. Kitchen needs a major overhaul. Was dirty and very old. There is no dishwasher, which is okay...but there were no dishcloths or dishtowels to do dishes. Kitchen table and chairs were very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be shower amenities, but there was no conditioner and almost no shampoo. And there were no pillow cases on the bed pillows.”

“Another room had stain sheets it wasn't clean it was full of bugs TV didn't work and there was no hot water”

“The kitchen area was a little dirty and it could really use a remodel, but it was comfortable and quiet and definitely cheaper than other accommodations in the area.”

“I liked the drinks in the common area in the evening. The food offerings were limited and ordinary. The staff was really nice and accommodating. You could see that they liked working there.”

“Great location at the university with great views. Easy parking and friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable and classy. Onsite dining options were very good and higher end with walkable more affordable options near by. ”
