Brassovia Hideaway 6A is a spacious, light-filled 45 sqm apartment on the first floor of a historic building on Strada Iuliu Maniu — a quiet central street in Brasov, at the corner with Strada Alexandru Ioan Cuza, within easy walking distance of the Old Town. Renovated in 2025, the apartment offers something unusual for this price point: a genuine two-room layout with a separate bedroom and a generous living room, high ceilings, herringbone parquet flooring and a warm white, blue and amber palette inspired by Van Gogh's Starry Night — the artwork that anchors the living room and gives the apartment its character.

Bedroom
A generous bedroom with a queen-size bed, hotel-quality white linens and gold-orange blackout curtains. A large blue sofa bed accommodates 2 additional guests comfortably — herringbone parquet, a white rug and Van Gogh's Starry Night above the sofa complete the warm, characterful atmosphere. Smart TV with Netflix and a clothes rail for longer stays. Baby cots available on request at no additional charge.


Kitchen
Well-equipped kitchen with white cabinetry and a solid wood worktop: 4-ring induction hob, electric oven with extractor hood, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine with capsules provided, electric kettle and toaster. Dining table with chairs. No dishwasher.

Bathroom
Full bathroom with bathtub, WC and basin. Washing machine available — ideal for families and longer stays. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack also provided.

Heating and Comfort
Individual apartment boiler with wall thermostat. Blackout curtains in both bedroom. No air conditioning — the apartment stays comfortable at Brasov's altitude. Vacuum cleaner, mop and dustpan available.

Connectivity
Smart TV with Netflix in the bedroom. 500 Mbps fibre WiFi throughout.

Access and Parking
Self check-in via secure lockbox. Gate code, lockbox code and step-by-step instructions sent via Airbnb before arrival. No lift — first floor. No private parking. Recommended: public car park in front of the Faculty of Mathematics, 200 m (Zone 1: 16 RON/24 h, free on Sundays; pay via TPark app or cash). Alternatives: Str. Agriselor 50 m, LIDL 160 m, Str. Castanilor 450 m, Parcul Eroilor 550 m, AFI Mall 800 m.

• The check-in and check-out times may be made flexible upon request, depending on the availability.
• Ask if you have a question or issue: The key is just ask if you need something or want to know something. We appreciate the opportunity to make things more comfortable for you. Please text, we'll point you in the right direction.
• In case you use the kitchen for cooking, please wash all the utensils used before checking-out.
• Please treat our home with love and respect. We love to share it with the world, but we ask you to keep in mind that we've thoughtfully renovated and furnished the home, and everything inside and outside has a meaning to us. If something happens, please let us know ASAP.
• Please pay attention with your bags, in order not to leave scratches on the walls or on the floor.
• The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain on the premises. Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged
• Smoking: Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy in the apartment or elsewhere inside the apartment building (although you are welcome to smoke on the balconies).
• We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement.
• To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when it's not in use or leaving the house.
• Entertaining: We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick up our guests, but we would prefer that you not use our home to entertain them. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends.
• Protecting the furniture: Please place coasters under bottles and glasses; Please clean up any spills immediately and do not sit on the furniture in wet clothing
• The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom.

• Child Safety: To avoid injury, please supervise small children at all times while inside the property.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You are welcome to use the balcony for smoking. Please note that smoking inside the property will result in a 500 lei penalty fee.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Parties and Events: No parties or organized events are allowed.
• Quiet Hours and Schedule: Please respect the designated quiet hours (22:00–08:00 and 12:00–14:00). Standard check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is between 09:00 and 11:00.
• Early/Late Access: An additional fee will apply for requests regarding early check-in or late check-out.
• Long-Term Stays: For stays exceeding 10 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled (following additional payment). This includes a change of bed linens, towels, and toiletries, as well as vacuuming and mopping of the floors and kitchen.
• Invoicing: If you require a fiscal invoice for your stay, we can provide one upon request.
• Damages: Any damage to the property or loss of belongings is the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Legal Requirement: Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with Romanian Law (GD 237/2001, republished in 2008, Article 2, paragraph 5). Please ensure you complete the check-in form sent to you via the platform messages.V
