Helt okej boende, mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukostbuffén var okej men inte mer än så. Lite slitet på vissa ställen, inget lyxigt. Bra läge precis utanför gamla stan.

Value The hotel has seen its glory days but very friendly and service minded staff makes up for it. Good breakfast and a really decent gym free of charge. 5/5

Mycket bra tillmötesgående i en trängd situation
Vi kunde göra en bokning kl 22 på Crowne Plaza då det andra hotell vi bokat på inte kunde ge oss våra rum pga ett fel av resebyrån. Då vi att vi hade stora mängder baggage och stod utan hotellrum var det mycket uppskattat att Crowne Plaza kunde ordna väldigt bra rum på kort varsel.

Nice hotel. No spa. You can find a better deal.
Nice hotel, centrally located. Room doesn't have a minibar or almost any appliances. Room service didn't have a selection either and was very expensive. Most importantly - the spa doesn't work (apparently for a few months already) while the advertisement says it does.

Hotel well located for the Old Town. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Temperature in the room was too hot, even if the thermostat was turned down.
