Ok hotel for one night not more.
Close to airport and avion shopping Center, far from city Center, breakfast “ok-ish”just basic stuff. We stayed 4 nights and that was to much. Reception was friendly and help full. No nice surroundings.

Ok hotel
A strong and artificial smell at the reception, i.e. hotell not recommended if you are allergic or sensitive to smells. Staff is serviceminded although it would have been nice with a smile at some point during our 12 hour stay. Location is good if you're using the highway.

1.) During check-in we had to wait 10 minutes until lady finished her call in the back office. Quite annoyed and she was not attentative and slow. 2.) bathroom was not cleaned and desifencted. Dirty toilette. We have more rooms there and most of us had similar feeling. My colleague said: “I do not feel that bathroom was cleaned after previous guest.” We stayed for 2 nights without cleanining of the room and change of the towels (during check in no information that cleaning is not provided daily was not privided). In general it is not bad hotel for short stay, but management should do better its supervision role over at least staff at reception and cleaning. To be honest: lady at the reception this morning was nice and polite, same at the bar. Breakfast and internet were ok. My overall feeling is that the hotel is as “Ibis style”.

I picked this facility because it had a fitness facility, but it was closed for the duration of my stay. There was no soap, shampoo, lotion, washcloths, paper or pen provided in the room.

Definitely Recommend
We were transferring through Vienna to get back home to England and our flight got cancelled. With no reasonably priced replacement flights we looked at the option of Bratislava and found flights in 2 days time. Jumped in a cab and booked the Vienna Easy Bratislava through hotels.com. Convenient location, clean, and the staff were amazing. Definitely would recommend.

Outside needs some attention. When checking in was informed that the restaurant was closed. Asked to book a taxi for the morning at 4.00am to get to airport. Paid 10 euros at reception for taxi. Got to airport next morning only to be asked by driver for another 10 euros. He knew nothing of the 10 euros held by reception. Overall one of the worse hotel experiences I have ever had. Do not go by the photographs.

Ristorante chiuso forse per il “covid” e suggeriscono di andare al centro commerciale. Servizio lavanderia , non il fine settimana, non c’è chi se ne occupa, nuovo invito ad andare al centro commerciale. Chiedo un taxi (non un’auto dell’albergo) 15,00€ per 6/7km e quando ho fatto prendente all taxista mi dice di parlane con l’hotel…. Wi-Fi non andava da venerdì e non potevano far nulla sino a Lunedì, giorno della partenza. Peccato perché è una bella struttura, il personale è gentile e malgrado il momento, non facile, è estremamente gentile. Forse è chi gestisce, a doversi porre delle domande.

Pleasant stay
Overall the stay was pleasant. Hotel is near the airport, so suitable for early departures or late arrivals. Staff was very friendly, breakfast enjoyable. The only negative is cleanliness - room was clean but bathroom could do with bit more deep clean attention.

Comfortable hotel for night near airport
Overall the hotel was very comfortable, with clean modern rooms. The location is just a few mins from the airport. Note you have to pay 7 euros for parking overnight, and breakfast is really really basic, would be nice to have a better selection of fresh fruits (rather than rotten watermelon we were served on one day), fresh vegetables and some cheeses/spreads..
