Walkers will be spoilt for choice with direct access onto the South West Coast Path, from Croyde, taking you across the spectacular headland to Baggy Point, Exmoor National Park is within easy reach by car. Other attractions and places of interest nearby include the links golf course at Saunton, Barnstaple with its market and high street shops, Exmoor Zoo, Ilfracombe and Lynton and Lynmouth are also worth a visit.

Step inside this welcoming reverse-level holiday home and you’ll be greeted by a bright, airy hallway – the perfect place to kick off your shoes and hang up sandy coats after a day on the coast. A generous master bedroom, complete with a king-size four-poster bed, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, a relaxing retreat for a restful night’s sleep. This floor also features a convenient shower room with shower and WC.

Head upstairs and the holiday spirit continues. The first floor boasts a stunning open-plan living area, designed for spending quality time together. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, Vertuo coffee machine, two under-counter fridges (one with large ice compartment), dishwasher, and washing machine. Start your day with coffee at the breakfast bar or gather everyone at the large dining table for leisurely family meals and special celebrations. After a fun-filled day at the beach, sink into the comfortable lounge and unwind on the sofas while watching a film on the Smart TV/DVD with BT TV. A handy separate WC completes this floor.
