The "Sylvia" cabin is an ideal location for those who want to enjoy the camping experience while having the comforts of home. Dual mini-split HVACs, ensure the temperature is always perfect regardless of the season, and the tankless water heater guarantees that you never run out of hot water. Relax in front of the TV enclosed in one of our custom stone fireplaces - don't blame us if you fall asleep with the remote in hand!

' Would not recommend ' Our stay there was not at all what it seemed to be in the listing. Our A/C was not able to keep the place cool so we were burning up the entire time we stayed. The free Wi-Fi they promised barely even worked. We were better off just using our cellular data. The stove top that was there wasn’t even able to be used since it was an integrated stovetop and the pots and pans provided weren’t even able to be used so the food we bought to cook there basically went to waste. The loft that was supposed to be used by my sister in law wasn’t able to be slept in because of the heat and the infestation of bugs. The only available option for her was to sleep on the couch downstairs to avoid sleeping with the bugs and heat. The toilet paper provided wasn’t stocked and we had to request more from the office after calling multiple times. The free laundry facilities were just disgusting. We were unable to find them at first. We had to call them and message them to find out where it was. They were in a small room in another building shared by other tenants on both sides that wasn’t clean. The dryer must not have been connected properly because the clothes I planned on washing were still soaking wet after running them. The stay was just awful.

Memories built to last!
We booked with Mr. Lefear in search of a good private location close to beach. In the beginning of my booking, I had to change my dates to a couple of weeks later, after some time and reaching out a couple of times to the host and customer support, my needs were met. I did receive a message from Mr. Lefear a couple of days before our stay stating that we were upgraded to a more spacey unit to better fit my family. It was definitely a breath of fresh air but again didn’t have details on the new upgraded unit and was unable to get a hold of the host. However, after reaching out to CS once more, the host and I finally spoke the day before our stay. I got a little iffy about the situation but Mr. Leafer was polite and apologized for the miscommunication and assured us we would have a wonderful weekend. And that we did. The upgraded unit was spacious and had a chill vibe. The neighbors were super cool and told us about some good spots for fishing. There was some areas in the restroom that could have used a once over but at the end of the day, we were satisfied and would stay again. Got my Pb Texas Bull Red in Jamaica Beach Surf! So it was all worth while! Thanks to Mr.Lefear
