“everything was perfect”

“This ranch is located in the middle of nowhere outside of Waco. They don’t offer any food or beverages so you have to make sure to bring it yourself or drive 20-30 minutes to nearest restaurant. The ranch itself was very pretty with all the animals and scenery. However, the room smelled like mold, there was a mushroom growing in the shower and a hole in the shower roof which looked like it will cave at any moment. ”

“We absolutely loved staying here! We booked through Expedia got informative messages about our stay, as well as the check-in process/policies. We actually arrived after hours (the front office closed at 7 pm), but staff told us they left our keys and registration form in a specific drop box with a special code to access it. Overall, it was a super easy process to get to our room and the amenies were amazing! We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in the Waco area!”

“Nice little condo. Quiet except for neighbor who decided to have a conversation outside at 5:30am on speaker phone. The only thing I would change is that there is so much stuff in the condo—plastic plants and fake plates. Hard to find a work space. ”

“This is a clean, well decorated and spacious property! We stayed 3 nights and were very comfortable. The back area has a park like setting and the neighbor has a very adorable little dog. It is only 5 minutes from downtown which was our main destination. Very nice place!”

“Our family was visiting College Station for a family birthday. We were happy to find this wonderful, family-friendly house in a quiet Bryan neighborhood. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with all the necessities and a few extras. They even had toys and games for the kids. Communication with the property owner was quick and responsive. Property instructions were clear and easy to follow. It is a short drive to College Station but well worth it. We would definitely consider...
