The two bedroom unit includes: Private hot tub/large deck/grill; washer/dryer in the unit; fully equipped kitchen w/stove, dishwasher/fridge; Screen TV in living room & each bedroom; king master w/attached large bathroom, full bathroom for the second bedroom. The second bedroom can also accommodate a king bed instead of 2 twins with advance notice. Queen sofa bed in living room. Gas fireplace, computer desk/chair. Fall season in Breckinridge is gorgeous. Short walking distance to the main shops and shuttles available. Spa, exercise room, arcade room and more on premises. Concierge service and luggage porters.

Other amenities on property include an outside play area for children, a spa, game room, hot tub area, an office room, shuttle services, elevators, outside grill, hot tub and extra table with seating on the large deck outside the living room. A gas fireplace warms you on chilly nights. Large windows and ceiling fans. Bathrobes. Hangers. Iron, ironing board, laundry basket and more. A DVD player can be requested or bring your own. Quiet.

Valdoro Mountain Lodge is the BEST place to stay in Breckenridge. Why? Everything you need is available in the unit to cook. If it isn't, you can request it if they have it. All basics are there. Just bring food. I love the washer and dryer feature, as this enables me to return home with fresh clothes! The units are very clean. The front staff are available and helpful. The concierge service is free, and you can find out the latest attractions and more to enjoy a night out. The lodge feel makes you want to rest and enjoy your stay. Walking to the shops is only a couple of blocks so you don't need to take a car. Valdoro has been our home away from home for years. We love it!
Rental for this 2 bedroom PLUS unit, which sleeps 6 maximum, is only available for a full 7 nights stay. In other words, it cannot be rented for less than 7 nights. However, for this reservation, 8 nights are available. The September 16-24 time frame is the ONLY week I have available.

Logistics:
1. Your name will be on a guest certificate for this reservation when you arrive. I will need to know the primary name for your reservation. A credit card must be on file with the SAME NAME as the reservation for any incidentals.
2. A list of information pertaining to your stay will be given to you upon check-in.
3. Please note that the entire property is a NON_SMOKING property, which includes vaping. Please do not smoke or vape. This also applies to the use of illegal drugs. No weapons.
4. Late Arrival/No-Show Policy: All late arrivals must contact the resort front desk if anticipated arrival time is later than midnight to avoid cancellation. Arrivals after midnight (resort local time) on the designated check-in date will be considered a no-show and subject to cancellation without advance notice.
5. Seasonal Air Quality Advisory: Wildfire conditions may occasionally impact air quality in the area. Guests are encouraged to check current smoke conditions and air quality advisories before and during their stay and plan outdoor activities accordingly.
7. This resort is located at 9,600 feet above sea level. Please be aware of the high altitude as you are making travel plans and consult with your physician if you have any medical concerns.

Incidentals that are mandatory: (These fees have nothing to do with VRBO. They are strictly for Valdoro Mountain Lodge and the town of Breckenridge.)
1. A $6 per night Business and Occupational License Tax and Accommodation Unit Regulatory Fee, payable upon check-out, is imposed by the Town of Breckenridge. The total amount will be charged to your card on file.
2. Parking is $25 per day. A parking garage exists under the lodge, so your vehicle will be out of the sun. A key to use the garage will be given to you upon check-in. The total amount for your stay will be charged to your credit card on file.
3. In addition, anything you purchase, such as spa treatments or other will also be charged.
4. Lastly, any damage to the unit will also be charged to your card. There will be a small required deposit, fully refundable if all is well, to your card at check-in.

Places we love to go and do:

1. Hiking trails are close to Valdoro and some are within a short driving distance. Our favorite hike is out near some mining areas. The colors of so gorgeous, and if the wind comes, the aspen leaves flutter through the trees. It looks like a fairy field. The hike close by are also great. One hike up the Four O'Clock road will take you to a small lake. Please speak with the concierge for directions.
2. If the Silco theater is open and running, the entertaining plays are professionally done and fantastic.
3. The shops downtown are great! Browse and ye shall surely find something.
4. Want to feel like you've gone to Europe? Vail is your place to go. All hand carved wood on some of the buildings, places to sit and wade by the river, The village looks Bavarian. My favorite shop is Gorsuch, with very fine German and Austrian clothing, skiwear, décor and more. Highly recommend this place! Keep walking through the town, as there's more to see on both sides.
5. Need some high end consignment furniture? Treasures can be found in Eagle at The Nest Furnishings store. Looking for a big deer antler light? They've got them! Google the directions.
6. Biking trails will bike you from Breckenridge to Dillon and all the way up (and down) Vail Pass. Bikes can be stored in the Valdoro garage for you if you bring your own. Rentals are also available nearby. If you do go up to Vail Pass, check out two things: the walking trails and the brand new restroom facilities.
7. French bakery, anyone? Yes, there is an AUTHENTIC French bakery in Breckenridge just after you round the corner left on Main Street from Valdoro. It's located in a lower level little shop. Get there very early because they sell out and close before the afternoon has passed. The almond marzipan pastry is to die for. Seating outside or inside. Plus, they do offer breakfast and lunch.
8. The best place to buy groceries is City Market. It's a short driving distance from Valdoro. Please note that the town of Breckenridge does not sell water in bottles, Bring your own. In any case, having a refillable water bottle will be best to your advantage. You'll need to drink a lot of water at 10,000 feet.
9. Frisco main street is also great. There's a great museum inside a log type house. Also, somewhere close to Main street is a bakery that sells the BEST humungous European pretzels. This is a must. Ask around. In addition, there are small shops to browse. And a small park for the kids.
10. The Outlets Mall is close by in Silverthorne. Some of your favorite stores may be waiting for you.
11. There are many very pretty drives to see the fall leaves, complete with a hike at some of them. Please ask the concierge.
12. Since I usually cook my own dinners, I only have a few recommendations for a great meal. Mi Casa for Mexican is a short walk from Valdoro. The Omelette stand is popular on Main Street, and there's a variety of restaurants. The concierge will have more recommendations.
13. The Godola ride is awesome. Parking is available at the entrance or the Valdoro shuttle can take you. Awesome views are to be had.
14. Last but not least, DO NOT MISS THE GIGANTIC WOODEN TROLL! A family friendly short hike will take you to him. He's open to photo-ops.

For that reason, if your suite/room has a “do not disturb” sign hung for more than forty eight (48) hours, we reserve the right to enter the suite/room to ensure proper health and safety standards are being maintained.

It is governed by certain documents which are recorded in the public records, and are binding on all owners and occupants (including recorded use restrictions and rules & regulations). This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking or vaping (of cigarettes, marijuana and other substances) is not permitted.
