Breckenridge 41 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and comfrotably sleeping 6 guests, this
mountain retreat is situated in an ideal location. Enjoy your coffee on
the balcony overlooking the Continental Divide, Mount Baldy, and all of
Breckenridge. Walk down the hallway and through the game room, where
you walk out to the base of Peak 7's Independence Superchair with
direct access to all five peaks! Hop on the free gondola for a serene
commute to Main Street over the Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve or to
One Ski Hill for pools, sauna, steam rooms, and hot tub. Cozy up in our
mountain retreat!

1st Floor – Ground Level Contains

Parking

After checking in with the front desk staff, park one vehicle for free
underneath the property inside the heated garage parking.

2nd Floor - main level contains

Gondola station / lift access / free shuttle

Plan to leave your vehicle in the garage, as Breckenridge has a free
gondola with a station stop directly at the lodge for your convenience!
Prefer to hit the slopes? Walk out the rear West-facing door of the
lodge to find the base of Peak 7, and the entrance to the Independence
Superchair lift! As a Crystal Peak Lodge guest, plan to take advantage
of the additional amenities provided at the base of Peak 8 within One
Ski Hill Place (only 1 gondola stop over)! Prefer to head down to town?
Take advantage of the free shuttle that will pick-up / drop off at the
Lodge, and in town!

Steam room / gym / game room

On the West-facing side of the lodge, you'll find several luxury
amenities for your pleasure. detox in the large steam room, or help
acclimate yourself at the indoor gym with treadmills, elliptical,
weights, and more. Prefer to play a game of pool with the crew? No
problem kep the party indoors and cozy up by the fire with a
West-facing wall of windows perfect for people watching.

Hot tub / fire pit / patio

Head outside to the large outdoor living space and enjoy a relaxing
soak in the 20-person or 8-person hot tubs, enjoy the outdoor fire
pits, and two gas grills for the ultimate mountain bar-b-que.

One ski hill place / sauna / indoor pool / bowling alley

Located 1 gondola stop away at the base of Peak 8, you'll find the
newly constructed One Ski Hill Place. As a guest of the Crystal Peak
Lodge, you'll benefit from full access to their amenities as well,
including: three indoor heated pools, Finnish sauna, and bowling alley
(by reservation only).

2nd Floor – Condo Contains---

Entrance hallway / laundry

Step inside the condo and you'll first see an entryway hallway with
mudroom. Take off your shoes, and look to your left. Open the first
closet, and you'll find a stacked washer and dryer to immediately toss
in wet clothing.

Kitchen / living room / dining

Make your way further into the condo and you'll find yourself in an
open kitchen with refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, oven, 4-eye electric
stovetop, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Prepare a full meal, or
quickly serve breakfast at the 4-person breakfast bar with granite
countertops. Walk through the kitchen area into the family room with
large brown leather sleeper sofa, flat screen television, DVD player,
gas fire place, and plush everything for ultimate comfort. Enjoy a
formal dinner at the 6-person dining table with picturesque views of
Mount Baldy in the background.

Patio

Prefer to watch the gorgeous sunset over the valley with the
Continental Divide, Mount Baldy, and the town of Breckenridge? Enjoy a
relaxing cup of tea or hot cocoa on the balcony with the best views in
town.

First bedroom / first bathroom

When it's time to hit the hay, from behind the kitchen bar, look to
your left and you'll find the first bedroom with queen-size bed,
4-drawer chest of drawers, flat screen television, DVD player, and
closet with en-suite bathroom containing a walk-in shower.

Master bedroom / master bathroom

Look to your right, and you'll see the Master bedroom with queen-size
bed, 4-drawer chest of drawers, flat screen television, DVD player, and
closet with en-suite bathroom containing a walk-in shower, jacuzzie
bathtub, and double sink countertops.

Note

* The bowling alley contains 2 lanes and can be reserved for 1 hour
at a time. Simply call the One Ski Hill Place front desk to
reserve.
* The free shuttle is provided by the HOA, and serves 4 locations. It
is advised to call 30-45 minutes ahead of time during peak seasons.
When picking you up downtown, the driver will direct you to a
shuttle stop nearby.
