With over 3,500 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, this three-story home is packed with ultra-modern upgrades including an all-suite layout (three of the en-suite bathrooms have a luxurious jetted tub), a gourmet chef’s kitchen, and stunning design elements like wide-plank hardwood floors and granite counters throughout.

Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, you’re right next to the national park with miles of scenic hiking and biking trails. An array of dining and shopping options, as well as all-season activity at Breckenridge Ski Resort, are approximately 15 minutes away by car.

Ceilings soar in the Great Room, detailed with huge windows and a stately gas fireplace. Stretch out on the sectional, armchair, or sofa and watch shows on a 65” smart TV. Peruse a collection of games and enjoy family game night around the coffee table. Gourmands will appreciate the immaculate kitchen, fitted with high-end appliances including a Wolf gas stove, double oven, and dishwasher, as well as a huge island with seating for five. Gather for hearty meals at the seven-seat dining room table. Step out to the deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Sip a beverage while unwinding on comfortable lounge furniture. Make use of the charcoal grill to prepare tasty barbecue meals.

Primary suite: king bed, writing desk, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower (two showerheads), jetted tub, double vanity, and walk-in closet.
Second suite: queen bed, gas fireplace, en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and jetted tub.
Third suite: queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, jetted tub, and double vanity.
Fourth suite: queen bed, twin-over-full bunk bed, en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
A half bath adds convenience.

This home does not have air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
