  • It's time to make some wonderful memories with a trip to beautiful Breckenridge, and this splendid mountainside condo is the perfect place to start!

    Kick back on the luxury sofa to watch a good game or movie, then throw on your ski gear to take the Snowflake Lift up to the slopes. That's right, this condo enjoys an unbeatable ski-in/out location. It's also right next to downtown Breckenridge, so whenever you need a break from the mountain, you'll have all kinds of boutiques, eateries, and activities just a stone's throw away. Use the complimentary WiFi to download some good workout music, head over to the gym for some exercise, then cool off with a dip in the pool. You'll also love playing games like air hockey and Ping-Pong in the community game room.

    While winter visitors can shred the spectacular Breckenridge ski runs, summer guests can take gorgeous hikes along the Blair Witch Trail, the Lily Pad Lake Trail, and the Spruce Creek Trail. You can also find summer activities like stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, and freshwater fishing at Dillon Reservoir.

    The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.

    Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.

It’s one of the nicer properties in Breck. Close to town, great accommodation and the kids enjoyed the pool/hot tubs. I would stay there again.

An Enjoyable Week

Fit our needs very well. Comfortable, with kids loving the pool and the shuttle service into town especially convenient. Staff at BlueSky were all very helpful and friendly.

Amazing place Breck

Large place beautiful location! Super easy to get to the mountain. Amenities were terrific kids loved the pool and hot tub. Most of all the staff is amazing we needed help with some medical issues they dropped us via shuttle to the urgent care and we are so appreciative

Good property, would’ve liked housekeeping at least once

We liked the shuttle service to and from town, it made life very easy. Didn’t like the lack of housekeeping, stayed 4 nights at over 1k/night and didn’t even get fresh towels. Would definitely stay again but would want to make sure we can get clean towels and room cleaned

Wonderful Accommodations!

So convenient and ease for getting on slopes, ski rentals and free town shuttle service since all on site. Tee & Alex at front desk we’re very welcoming & helpful. Nate has fun facts when shuttling us around town. Condos cozy and tastefully decorated. Loved using fitness, sauna and whirlpool at end of day.

great condo with lots of space and wonderful location.

very nice condo that was clean and spacious. great location and wonderful spa. everyone was very friendly and helpful. the only problem was parking. it is limited and we had to move our car at check out time even though we were sking that day. it was unclear if we could keep the car on property or have to move it off. it was stressful. parking seems to be a problem everywhere in Breck though.

Our group considered the overall facility and our condo to be an excellent choice. The facility is very well maintained and it's in a prime location for Breck. But the best feature of the property is the management and staff who absolutely provide a great experience.

Perfect condo!

Beautiful condo in perfect location! Easy walk down to a main St. Pool & hot tubs were wonderful! Lovely little hike right out back door! Loved the large dining table and nice kitchen as we prepared food daily. We had a very comfortable stay! Highly recommend!

Beautiful place

The only reason why this isn’t a 5 star review is because of issues we had with Vacasa. Otherwise we had an amazing stay at this unit. All of the furnishings are high quality and very clean. The pool and hot tubs are gorgeous. The game room was fun and was nice to have it to ourselves. The staff was very friendly and helped a lot with all of our Vacasa issues.

This was a great condo. Had everything we needed we loved the fireplace and it was very spacious. The ski in ski out was a perfect location for us. The hot tub's (3) were amazing! It was so well taken care of. The service and personal care was amazing. We definitely hope to come back next year and we would want to rent the same unit. Thank you for a great stay our family made some wonderful memories. We highly recommend this place to anybody staying in the Breckenridge area.
