You’ll love this location: just one block from downtown Breckenridge, and the bottom of Four O’ Clock ski run is just across the street, so skiing in for lunch or at the end of the day is a breeze! It’s a short walk to the Snowflake Lift, or hop on the free shuttle to the ski resort to the gondola. Your family and friends will thank you for finding this place!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condo is perfect for families or groups of up to seven. The living area is cozy with comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. There’s plenty of natural light and a patio to enjoy the cool mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to whip up apres-ski snacks or full holiday meals. There’s seating for six at the dining table and room for four at the kitchen counter.

You’ll love the shared hot tubs and pool, a washer/dryer in the unit, and a private ski locker for stashing your gear. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Our professional staff is also available 24/7 to ensure your vacation is enjoyable.

Clean condo and great location

The location is excellent. You're a 5 minute walk (or 1 bus stop) away from the snowflake chair, the bottom of the 4 o'clock run is across the street and you're about 5 minutes to Main St. The condo was clean and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. There was a small issue with one of the handles on a bathroom sink and the property managers had someone over right away to fix it. Very responsive. Would stay here again.

Dated but in a good location

This condo has everything we needed. The building management co was incredibly responsive. In the parking lot, the snow melted during the day and then turned into a sheet of ice sloping down to the steps to the stairs down to the main entrance. Very, very dangerous. There was sand available to throw out on the ice but it was still treacherous. Had it been snowy,

Amazing location!

The location of this condo can’t be beat! Convenient for skiing and location to town. It was very clean and perfectly accommodated our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked, as well. We booked only a few weeks before our trip, and we’re glad we found this place!

Nice location

Located close to almost everything. Condo was clean and well furnished. Mattress in master bedroom is sunk in on one side and lopsided on the other side. It’s just worn out and needs to be replaced. I got in the middle of the night to sleep on the sofa because my back was killing me, Other than a blender the kitchen has everything you need. Overall a ok place for a dad and two sons. A very nice place for anyone with the a new mattress in the master bedroom.

Spring Break

Took the kids skiing for the first time. Place had plenty of room for a family of four. It’s a bit of an uphill walk from the shuttle stop. But the end of a long day on the mountain with little kids, it got kind of old walking with all that gear. We ended up driving to Peak 8 on our last day and paying to park. Close enough to downtown that you can walk. Grocery store is a short drive away. The master bedroom mattress was not great. My wife ended up sleeping on the bunk bed in the second bedroom with the kids and I slept on the pull out couch.

Disappointed

We’ve rented in Breckinridge many times and was disappointed with this condo. It’s in need of a refresh. The furnishings are old, and everything about it was cheap and low end. The bathrooms were prefabricated and the closet doors came off the hinges. There was not enough hot water for a family of 5 to all shower after a day of skiing and the water pressure was weak.. The kitchen is very small. Can’t open the dishwasher and stand at the sink at the same time. It snowed and the HOA/rental company did not plow or salt on a timely basis. We almost hit a tree and a car trying to get out of the parking lot. Overall not impressed for the price we paid and would not rent there again.

Walkable Stay in Breckenridge

The location of this rental property is fantastic. A close walk to downtown Breckenridge for food and shopping, and close to multiple lifts for mountain access. While the initial impression of the property is dark, the warmth balances out this one drawback.

Great facility

The only bummer was the hot tub was not working, and the hot tub across the street was broken, and the one they told us to go to close at 8 pm. I was disappointed and believe they should have indicated they were being repaired before I booked.
