Perfect for what we needed it for
This condo was perfect for what we needed it for. We wanted a place close by to skiing. We loved coming back and pushing a button to have a fire and relaxing in front of the TV. The kitchen had what we needed. The bathroom was nice. Overall, not luxury but very functional and comfortable. The only negative was that we could hear the people in the condo above walking around. It was loud enough that it woke us up a couple of times. Other than that (put on white noise maybe), I would recommend.

Great Location!

Quick Weekend Getaway
We had a very comfortable stay here! The unit was very clean and had some welcome basics (toiletries, coffee, cleaning supplies) stocked when we arrived. The bed was insanely comfortable, my husband loved the gas fireplace in the living room, and I loved eating breakfast on the balcony. The location is convenient, it is a short walk to the nearest Breck Free Ride stop to get up to the slopes or down into down. My only critique, which is no fault of the rental managers, but it is a tad loud when people are coming back through the hallway outside or moving around in the unit upstairs. If you can overlook that very minor inconvenience, it is an overall 5 star experience.

Great unit
Alpine Edge was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with any utensils or cookware you may need, there were plenty of warm blankets, and the king bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the humidifier! The convenience of a short walk up the hill to access Lower 4’Oclock was great. Although this unit was not walking distance to town, it was only about a 0.5 mile walk to the nearest Free Ride stop on the Black route. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to visit Alpine Edge again.

Fantastic location, but noisy
4 stars because Condo very noisy. Constant noise from condo above us well into the night and early in morning. Floors are thin and readily transmit noise. Otherwise the condo was great with excellent location.

Would stay again!
We enjoyed our stay and found the condo to be very clean and neat. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. Perfect for a night in. The bottled water and snacks were a nice bonus! It was conveniently located close to town and the lifts. Overall the property was quiet and check-in/out was easy with thorough instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

Extremely noise
Renter beware the condo above this one has some seriously annoying squeaky floors. If you are a light sleeper or get annoyed easily this isn’t the place for you. Make sure to always park in the right side of the lot otherwise you will be towed regardless if your parking pass is displayed on dash.

probably not the best choice
Not very close to much, despite its position on the map. Not very clean - we found a fair amount of long hair in our bed, and ended up cleaning the sheets ourselves. Pretty dated and a bit run down. On the bright side, the price was lower than others, and the manager was very quick to respond. Overall, I don't think we'll be staying here again.

One Night Stay
Everything was great as advertised. Good location, tons of space, ease of check in/out and clean. Unfortunately, I must let others realize a few downsides...We only stayed one night and due to the parking restrictions, we could not utilize the location for leaving our car for ski in/out. You definitely cannot park in the lot without the parking pass provided which is picked up at unit check in and must be in the room at check out. This is highly enforced as we saw someone being towed at 10 pm that night. We also noticed that the building HOA makes people move their cars within 24 hrs. for lot plowing if there is a 4" or more inches of snowfall. This was listed in the unit, but am unclear for how long, etc. you have to be gone. Since we were there only one night, we did not inquire with the rental office. I have never had this experience when we stay at or near the resorts. Just a heads up to others that this could be inconvenient. Also, although the unit had everything you need, the cleaning crew left zero wash clothes so we had to use hand towels to shower. On the shower situation, the first shower had plenty of hot water etc., but afterwards it remained cold for the other 2 people in my party. The first shower was just 10 mins. long. We waited an hour for the other person to shower and they made it even faster at 5 mins. before running out of hot water and did the same for the third person. Again, not enjoyable after a long day on the slopes. There is a water heater in the unit but no access to turn it up which makes sense due to safety, etc. concerns. A final note, but nothing major, is that you do hear people walking around a lot upstairs at all hours, but otherwise the unit is pretty quiet. With all this being said, I unfortunately can't say I'd stay here again. There are just too many other properties to choose from and I'm willing pay a bit more for those conveniences listed above.

Nice ski in and ski out location
The location was great and the place was clean and adequately furnished. We wished we could figure out how to turn on the fireplace. The upstairs neighbors were easily heard, fairly loud footsteps and close to the stairs so when people went up and down clomping in ski boots it was fairly loud.

Generic Ski Condo
This property was fine, but the couch was very worn out in places, like a dog had used it as a scratching post. The framed black and white Ansel Adams photos everywhere were kinda depressing. And there wasn't much of a view to speak of. The kitchen pots and pans had scratched up teflon and there was no kettle to make tea. Also the tap water had a weird taste and we encountered a raccoon in the dumpster on the way out. The location made skiing to the slopes fairly convenient, though you do have to walk about 100 feet, ski, take off your skis and then cross a road to get to the lift. Also, the condo has no dedicated place to store/dry skis and boots! There were no restaurants/stores within walking distance so we had to drive into town every night. The parking was right near the entrance, but you do have to walk up a few flights of stairs. So this was nothing special, but it works. Next time I might just stay in town and take the gondola up each day. Being close to the mountain didn't really add much.

Fantastic getaway spot
Stayed here with my husband for a weekend away. Check in was easy, the kitchen had pretty much everything you’d need for meal prep, the unit was clean, and the location was close to town. Check out was equally easy, and we would definitely stay here again in the future!

Excellent spot in Breck
The property was in beautiful condition and in a great location for all that Breck has to offer! I come up to Breck multiple times per year for a respite from the city, and this is one of the better properties I have stayed at for a good price! Highly recommend!

Fantastic property
Property was perfect for our quick getaway. Once we arrived, we decided we wanted to extend our say. A quick email to the property manager and some luck (that the propy wasn't booked), we we're good to go! The property is as described. It has a washer and dryer, which was a life saver on our trip.

Perfect condo for two in walking distance to the slopes!
We had a wonderful stay in Breck last week at this VRBO. It was perfect for the two of us! The place was very clean and had all of the essentials we needed (tissues, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, even some travel-sized toiletries if we needed them). Having the washer/dryer in the unit was fantastic so that we could wash our ski clothes and have them ready for the next day! You can walk about 100 yards to get on the slopes, but you do need to drive or take the free shuttle to get to town at night, which was not a problem for us at all! We did experience a leak in the bathroom from the unit above on our last night - after calling Brett with maintenance, he said to "put a pan under the leak and they would handle it in the morning" - luckily it subsided in the middle of the night so we didn't have any major issues, but this could have been a bigger problem if not - hopefully they will get that fixed soon! All in all, was a wonderful stay and would book again next year if just my husband and I were going. Any more than two adults, it would have been a little cramped with only one bathroom and one tv, but for two, it is great!
