Adult Ski Trip
Adult friends took this trip to Colorado to ski/snowboard for a week. The house is beautiful. Everything is in mint condition and well kept. The kitchen is very large and fully stocked with anything you would need to cook meals. Garage made it easy to load and unload ski equipment / grocery shopping, and go out without having to take snow off of the car. Excellent home for a vacation with plenty of room.

We stayed at this house for 5 nights. The property was very spacious and located within a 5 minute drive of north Main Street. The mountain views from the house were amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house
Spacious, well stocked house with amazing view! Plenty of room for the 4 toddlers to run and play. They actually could sled out back by the back deck. Huge kitchen and living areas. Property manager told us there was no pack and play but there actually was one along with a walker and umbrella stroller. House also has sleds. Awesome family time!!

Amazing!
Stayed here with 13 friends in our late twenties. Ryan was super helpful with any questions we had and the house was great. 5 minute drive from peak 8 base and town :)

Beautiful views, close to town.
Our family loved this property. Very well stocked!! Great for our family of 13! Views were amazing. Home had everything we needed. ( We sent a couple of emails to the property manager but didn’t hear back. )

Wonderful place!

Fantastic vacation. House is great - plenty of dinnerware and 2 dishwashers made fixing meals easy. Plenty of room to spread out. Saw mule deer off the deck the first morning. Plan to visit again.

Short Review
House was great Heating was a problem. Home stayed far too warm. Control of climate control was quite problematic. Fans and open windows had to be used to cool off house.

Hidden gem
This is one of those places where you don’t want to write a review, because then everyone would know It’s amazing and it would always be sold out. From the centralized humidification system, heated floors, oversized garage so you can pack and unpack the cars with the garage doors closed… everything about it was phenomenal. Even the beds were super comfy, all of them!! My only regret is that I can’t rebook for next year already.

Fantastic stay
Awesome mountain house. 8 of us comfortably vacationed for a 4 day ski trip. Parking in the gondola lot for a day on the mountain was an easy 5 minute drive. The house has lots of amenities. The boot dryer was a nice touch.

Beautiful house and property
Anything we would need was available! It was a beautiful house and just a magical experience for a family vacation. Some things looked like they hadn't been cleaned well like around faucets in the bathroom and the jacuzzi in the master suite, but overall it was very clean and well maintained. There were two washers and dryers like advertised, but one washer was out of order. The thermostat stopped working in the master suite during our stay, but I emailed the property manager and someone was out to fix it within a few hours. Overall we had a great experience!

Beautiful Mountain Home
Loved staying here with our family of 5. Beautiful mountain views and plenty of room to spread out. College aged son loved the outdoor hot tub. Stay here and you all not be disappointed!

Amazing
Our family of 8 truly enjoyed this house! It is beautiful inside and out. We had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal in the huge kitchen. The path behind the house is fun for walking to town. Skiing is just a short drive away. Beds are comfortable and master suite amazing! We will be back!!

Picturesque Highlands
Great location. Lovely house but needs some work. Wires hanging from roof. Individual air conditioners in bedrooms did not work, would have helped. Left message for Ryan several times and no response. Living room not as pictured. Grand piano makes sitting area cramped. Roku TV in primary not working. Instructions need to be updated-trash delivery on Thursday, not Friday as stated.

Thank you for staying with us. Glad you enjoyed the home. Just want to clarify a few items in the review. The wires the guest was referring to are actually heat tape cables which are used to melt ice/snow in the winter. Yes, I did miss a call from the guest. The guest did call the next day to ask if they could use the A/C units which this house is not advertised with A/C and told them it was unavailable due to a leak in one of the lines. Roku TV works fine and was user error and we could have corrected the situation if the guest let us know during their stay. Lastly, what the guest did not mention is we did allow them a generous late check out to help them with their minor issues with the home. I do appreciate them staying with us and hope you would stay with is in this 5 star home.

Beautiful house and location couldn’t have been better!
My family and I spent 5 nights at this beautiful home and we wished we would’ve booked longer! The location was so close to everything in town! It made for easy travel with 5 children between our families. The home was wonderful and there was plenty of space for 3 families. Easy to access and the property manager was always available and answered our questions promptly. We will definitely be visiting again!

Beautiful property.
Positives: Roomy house with two living areas. Large bedrooms, well appointed. Perfect for our group of 7 adults. Beautiful decor. Wonderful views. Close to hiking trails. Negatives: It would have been nice to have a little coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, and some napkins Wi-Fi quit working on day three., but we were only there four days so we didn’t call to report it. Somewhat noisy from highway close by. Would definitely recommend

Our family of 8 enjoyed our 5 night stay. The home was very clean and close to all the activities we had planned. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware to meet our needs. The view of the mountains was beautiful. The only downside was the poor WiFi service. Would definitely stay here again

Great property and location!
Our two families -- 4 adults and 6 teens -- thoroughly enjoyed our week at Trail View Lodge. Plenty of space for everyone to gather together or retreat to their own space. The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with amenities. Location is just over a mile from downtown Breck so just a quick car ride but we were also easily able to walk on the trail behind the house to get to downtown Breck.

Fantastic Accommodations in Breckenridge!
The Highlands house was simply amazing and the perfect place for our first visit to Breckenridge. The house is in a very high-end neighborhood. Location was so perfect - secluded but close to everything. The mountain views were extraordinary from several locations in the house - including the great room, kitchen, massive deck, master bedroom and bathroom. House temps were easily adjustable by living/sleeping area = everyone comfortable with lots of space to spread out. The hot tub was easily accessible, clean and amazing after a long day or in the morning. The master bedrooom, bathroom and shower were extraordinary. The owner thought of everything a guest would want - lots of USB and electrical charging stations, sound system in great room, fully (I mean FULLY) stocked kitchen, directions for remote controls, games, puzzles, blankets, etc. Large garage and mud room made for easy access to the house and removing winter gear. This home was a blessing to our family for a much-needed getaway. We would not hesitate to rent this home again and highly recommend it!

Home was perfect and exactly as described. Lovely neighborhood, very convenient to gondola drop off, grocery store and just a short drive to downtown. Perfect views of the mountains and slopes. Would definitely recommend this property. Hot tub in the snow was great!

Gorgeous house and location
Absolutely loved staying at this amazing property! The layout, location and accessibility couldn't have been better. The patio is an absolute gem - the kids loved seeing the wildlife - and gives easy access to a trail for a quick hike in the mornings. Host was very responsive and great to work with. Only downsides - wish the wifi was stronger (the house had several deadzones) and there was air conditioning (the fans provided by the Host worked well though).

Great For Large Groups
Our family of 4 stayed here for a week long summer getaway and the house was clean and as advertised. Ryan, the property manager, was very responsive on the few occasions when we had questions. This house would be great for large groups or a large family. The master suite has it's own mini-kitchen and is easily shut off from the rest of the house, so you can easily have a few families stay here. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. One note about distance to downtown / Main Street - I would not call it walking distance. You have to cross the main freeway and my daughter and I walked and it took us about 45 minutes. However, hop in the car and you are downtown in 2-3 minutes!

Paradise in Breckenridge!
We rented this beautiful home for an annual reunion of the "Brothers' & Outlaws'", three brothers and their wives. My sisters in law could not stop talking about how beautiful this home was, and the setting was spectacular. We enjoyed the spacious deck every evening, and in the mornings, enjoyed the coziness of the fireplaces in both the great room and den. My Oregon sis-in-law stated that she now has a favorite place to call her retreat. She's always been a big fan of Sunriver, Oregon. Now, Trail View Lodge in Breckenridge, Colorado has taken first place. Ryan was an absolutely gem to work with, always quickly getting back to me when I had questions. I would highly recommend Trail View Lodge!

What a great house, great location, great hot tub and great everything! Our crew loved the size of the house, the private bedrooms, the heated garage and everything else! We had such a great time! This home is beautiful! Truly a mountain retreat in a great location. Close enough to town and ski parking lots but still quiet and private on a beautiful street with unbelievable views! More than enough room for the 8 of us! Loved the boot warmer set up in the garage and the hot tub is awesome! All the reviews are correct in every sense! Loved waking up every morning to watch the sun rise over the peaks! We would definitely come back to Trail View Lodge!

This home offers the best of both worlds ---- mere minutes away from all of the action in Breckenridge in a quiet, serene location. The home is well designed in that it offers ample public space to accommodate a large group of people and yet separate bed/bath combinations that afford privacy. The large, well stocked kitchen, two laundry rooms and heated garage were ideal for our Christmas vacation.

The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. There were 6 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 2-11. Plenty of room in the house. The location was fine and the kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes etc. The children enjoyed the hot tub. A very nice house for plenty of people.

Beautiful Property and Great Host
The house is wonderful. It is very close to town, but still has that private mountain experience. We loved the layout and awesome amenities. Ryan is very responsive and went above and beyond helping us with our stay. Our kids loved sledding in the driveway (sleds provided!), the HD TVs, the hot tub, the air hockey table in the heated garage, and the puzzles/games. It was truly a great, first-class experience.

Beautiful, large home for Christmas vacation with family!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. Trail View Lodge worked perfectly for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. It was clean and spacious with beautiful views-even better than the pictures show! Everyone had their own room with private bath, and the master and master bath was fantastic! There was plenty of space for us to all gather in the kitchen, family room and in the additional game/TV/playroom! The kitchen has a beautiful picture window that brought the outdoors in! With small children in tow, we fixed quite a few meals during our stay and it was a pleasure cooking and even cleaning up in this well appointed kitchen with two dishwashers! Having two washers and dryers was a bonus also. Iin addition, it is extremely convenient to town and the slopes. We all loved our stay! Ryan was very prompt with every request and question, and I would not hesitate to rent this property again or recommend it!
