You’ve found one of the best locations in Breckenridge: less than 50 yards from the Lower Lehman Run, Quicksilver Superchair and ski school — and strolling distance from all the shops and restaurants on Breck’s historic Main Street. Throw in a cozy condo and you and your group will have a fantastic time!

Trails End Mountain Breeze Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo with room for groups of up to four. In the living area there is a flat-screen Smart TV; it’s the perfect place to relax and share stories about the day’s Rocky Mountain adventures. There’s a fully equipped kitchen for meal prepping and gathering around after a long day out – and you can easily ski in for a quick lunch and be back on the Quicksilver Superchair which is right in front of the building! Cozy up around the gas fireplace in the living room and enjoy mountainside comforts in the best location Breckenridge has to offer.

You’ll love the onsite hot tubs coupled with access to the Upper Village Pool right across the street, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day so your vacation can be as hassle free as possible.

Perfect Location

Perfect location close to town. Property managers were easy to work with and responded to requests fast. There's only one fan and it can get hot in there. Be sure to request a second if you run hot.

This was our second time staying at Trailend andOne of the things we loved was the hot tub and sauna in the evenings. We weren’t able to use it this time and we weren’t notified about it.

The listing told us that there was an indoor sauna and hot tub… nope! Closed for the winter! Dirty dishes and dirty pans left in the oven… was given the wrong codes to get into the building and we had NO PARKING.

Great location-needs remodel

The location was excellent. Easy to walk into town or to the ski runs in winter. All the important things were taken care of and in working order. The bed was comfortable, coffee pot and appliances were all in working order however the place needs a major remodel. The lighting in the kitchen was poor. Carpet was old. Furniture was old. Bathroom was outdated and kitchen cabinets were old.

Perfect Location!

This is arguably one of the best locations in Breckenridge. Five minute walk to downtown and direct access out the back door to the ski lift. We have stayed in several units in the condo complex, and though in some cases, slightly dated, easy to overlook with all the benefits. Highly recommend renting!

Disappointed

The property is shabby and in need of a lot of TLC. The mattress is hard as a rock and the pillows are the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever slept on. Scratchy sheets and worn out blanketing also don’t help the sleeping situation. The bathroom has Moldy cloth shower curtain that is stained and they don’t even have a plastic liner. The shower head barely works and the bathroom itself has large cracks in the tile floor, bathroom sink and chunks of paint missing on the way. The place looks like hasn’t been updated since 1990. The drawers in the kitchen barely open and are falling apart. The cooking utensils were dirty, very used and they did not have any large non stick frying pans. The porch had a full ash tray of cigarette butts and the carpet had cigarette burns. We have stayed in updated units in Trails End and have been pleased but this one needs an upgrade. The location is great but unit 205 was disappointing.

Location, Location, Location

The building itself is older and has a musty smell when you walk in but the unit was fine. It was as described, nothing fancy but clean and excellent location. You can walk to town to eat and shop within 5 to 10 minutes depending on what you want. The kitchen was well stocked with what you need to cook with. The size of the unit was fine for us two but anything over that would make for cramped space. We would definitely book this condo again on a return trip.

Great location but needs cleaning

The location of this property was perfectly situated a quick stroll from Main Street as well as a quick stroll from the trails. Location can’t be beat. However the condo was filthy and needs a very deep clean.

Needed a Long Weekend at Breckenridge

This was a nice condo unit for a couple looking to be in town close to all Breckenridge has to offer... hiking, restaurants, shopping, outdoor fun. It sure beat the heat of Texas!

Awesome location to walk to downtown local shops & eats.

Very happy with our stay! It was comfy and had everything we needed…even a box fan in the closet😊 So, don’t worry about packing one if you like to sleep with a fan at night. The patio was great to sit outside in the cool mornings for breakfast. We will be back!
