Our Arkonablick house is located directly on the dune and beach promenade, in the center of Seebad Juliusruh. The 90 m² Seelöwe apartment on the ground floor is easily accessible via 5 steps. It accommodates up to 8 guests in 2 living rooms, 1 bedroom, 1 dining area, and 2 bathrooms. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, and a shared washing machine and dryer in the basement, which you can use for an extra fee. A baby cot, high chair, mini safe, and a private lockable bike cellar are included. This apartment also features a beach chair on the terrace.



Relax on the covered terrace, balcony, and in the garden. From mid-May to late September, you have access to 2 private beach chairs on the beach.



The beach, dune, and promenade are just behind the house and garden. Free street parking is available; an underground parking space can be used for an extra fee if available. Public transport is nearby and free with the spa card. Up to 4 pets are allowed. Smoking is permitted indoors.



As a spa town, a local tax applies, which is charged separately and varies by season. You will find the keys in the house safe by the mailbox. Restaurants, ice cream café, kiosk, and bike rental are within walking distance. In Altenkirchen, 2 km away, you’ll find a shopping center, gas station, and pharmacy.
