Just about 80 meters away, you’ll find the approximately 10-kilometer-long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach at Schaabe, where you can breathe in the fresh sea air. You can also enjoy this on your spacious south-facing balcony—which, of course, is furnished with patio furniture—for a leisurely breakfast, for example. Your perfect day starts with the sound of the sea and the calls of seagulls! Thanks to the excellent local amenities, you can reach restaurants, ice cream shops, and a few stores for daily necessities in just a few minutes from here. A doctor’s office, a pharmacy, and a bank are also conveniently located nearby. You can set out on excursions—including bike rides—directly from your accommodation. There are plenty of great destinations to choose from, as Cape Arkona with its famous lighthouses and the small, quaint fishing village of Vitt are not far away! The perfect setting for a relaxed and restful vacation on the beautiful Baltic Sea coast!

The lovely layout and the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living-dining area highlight the maritime charm that greets you the moment you arrive! From the lovingly designed entryway, you look straight into the large, spacious living room with its massive window front facing the south-facing balcony. To the left is the modern, naturally lit bathroom with a shower and toilet; to the right is the cozy bedroom with a great box-spring bed. Before you enter the open-concept kitchen in the living area, you’ll see the door to the utility room on the left, which is equipped with a washing machine and many other amenities. A bright, modern built-in kitchen offers everything you need for cooking. With a view of the outdoors, you can sit here at the dining table and listen to the sound of the sea with the balcony door open. You’re also welcome to take a seat right on the large south-facing balcony! The cozy sofa area, featuring an armchair and an ottoman, is located on the right side of the living area. Here, the comfortable sofa bed can be converted to accommodate up to two additional guests, bringing the maximum occupancy to four people. Watch TV on the large flat-screen TV from here or snuggle up comfortably! You’ll feel right at home in this lovingly decorated apartment with a maritime theme and a cozy atmosphere! Parking is provided by a designated parking space (No. 21) assigned to the apartment. In the basement, there is a bicycle storage room for Apartment 21.
