Our practical workers apartment in a perfect location offers space for 5 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms with 5single beds.

Bed linens and towels are provided, of course.



The Space:

Practical, clean and fully equipped: Our apartment on the 3rd floor of Bremerhavener Straße 11 is perfect for contractors, tradespeople and construction workers looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation in Bremerhaven.

Sleeping:

Two spacious bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds – all with fresh bed linen and towels provided. Each bed has its own bedside lamp for undisturbed sleep.

Kitchen & Self-Catering:

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need after a long day on site: stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and a washing machine for your work clothes. No need to eat out every day – cook your own meals and save money!

Living & Relaxing:

After work, unwind in the comfortable living room with leather sofa, flat-screen TV and WiFi. The dining area with bar table and stools has plenty of space for the whole crew.

Bathroom:

Clean bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and sink.

Location:

Centrally located in Bremerhaven – short distances to industrial and port areas, supermarkets and public transport. Street parking available nearby.

Guest Access:

After booking, you will receive a personal PIN code once you have completed a short online form. With this PIN code you can pick up your key at any time – completely flexible, no need to wait for anyone.



📍 Key pickup: Mojo Coffee, Schleusenstraße 23, Bremerhaven (approx. 10 minutes' walk from the apartment)



Simply enter your PIN code at the lockbox and retrieve your key. Then head to Bremerhavener Straße 11 – enter through the front door, take the stairs to the 3rd floor and use the second key to open the apartment. That's it!



On departure, please return the key to the same lockbox at Mojo Coffee before 10:00.

Public Transport



The Elbestraße bus stop (Line 502) is just a few minutes' walk away, connecting you directly to Bremerhaven Central Station and the city centre.



Grocery Shopping



A Netto supermarket (Elbestraße 93, Mon–Sat 07:00–21:00) is right around the corner – perfect for stocking up after a long day on site.

A bakery and other shops are also within easy walking distance.



Cafés & Restaurants



Several restaurants and take-aways are nearby, including the Westfälischer Hof and Hallo Pizza on Elbestraße.

Cafés can be found along Georgstraße and Grashoffstraße, just minutes away.



Sights



The famous Havenwelten district – with the Klimahaus, German Emigration Centre, Zoo am Meer and the Schaufenster Fischereihafen – is easily reachable by bus or car.

Free street parking is available directly in front of the building.
