As first time visitors, we researched options and chose the Vanderbilt because it seemed central in location and the fact there were onsite spa services and good bar. This first choice was fortunate because we then met Morgan, the lead concierge. I booked the hotel and then immediately emailed re:spa services. Morgan called within 5 minutes of my email to book our appts and then proactively offered other services, ideas, and resources....

Melville House Ă€r ett av flera hus som ingĂ„r i samma "hotell" och vi fick vĂ€lja rum i ett annat hus intill. Frukosten kunde serveras i ett annat hus, det var litet olika varje dag. Vi bodde högst upp utan hiss, men det var ordentlig a/c pĂ„ rummet sĂ„ det var helt ok.â
âA great location, right in the heart of it all, but still relaxing and quiet for great rest.
We had a room on the second floor, facing the main road, so it was quiet. We loved the location- walkable to bars, restaurants, bakeries, the docks. Parking was available as we were a guest. We really enjoyed the hotel restaurant or just sipping coffee on the dock. Some family friendly things as well- giant Jenga, a pool, a grassy area by the docks with seating, fire pits. â

âVi Ă€r en familj med barn 15 och 12 Ă„r. Tog en lĂ€genhet med 2 sovrum. Mycket bra standard och gott om plats. Ett allrum/kök och dubbla badrum. VĂ€ldigt bra mottagande i receptionen och bra tips pĂ„ restauranger mm. Frukosten var varierande och det fanns mycket att vĂ€lja pĂ„.â

âWe stayed during the week and it was so quiet and private yet in the middle of an area that has tons to do. Close to beaches to walk the shore, restaurants, etc. We had great food on the property and enjoy the pool and grounds. Will return! â
