“Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. Thank you to Karl and Mandy for providing such a great BnB.”

The room was spotless and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and friendly, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was fresh, well stocked, and had plenty of variety. A great stay overall. ”

“The room rate quoted by Expedia was not the rate chargrd by the hotel.They increased it by $30 the second night and just over$50 the 3rd night. the kitchen was lacking an appliance and the room lighting was terrible.The staff were very pleasant.This a beautiful location ,it's too bad they are deceptive in their advertisung. ”

“I couldn’t recommend this B&B enough if you want a peaceful, very comfortable accommodation. The B&B was gorgeous, the bedroom & en-suite were wonderful and the hand made breakfast made by the host Juliette was so delicious. The location is such that you need a car but I think if you are travelling around the beautiful island of Vancouver you would have one anyway.”

“I only booked for a 2 night stay. We had a huge suite with full kitchen and living room; on the 4th floor overlooking the front of the hotel. A huge private covered patio, 1.5 bathroom, king bed and lots of closet space. Shower pressure was excellent and soaker tub available too. Everything was very clean! Free parking at a gravel field about a 7 min walk from the resort.”

“We was amazed by the nice suits and the super fresh kitchen, we recommend this place to everyone that needs a nice place to stay on there travels. The service was great, the cleaning was better then great and the rooms was just WOW! ”

“Helt ok att bo här, vi bodde en natt. Hade en härlig pub/bar och det fanns en kinesisk resturang men den var stängd när vi kom efter kl 21.30. Finns inte mycket resturanger i området som har öppet sent.”

“Room had hair in the tub and sink was dirty. Something sticky on bathroom floor. Parking is free and that’s great. Check in was easy. Not impressed that it was $250/night for a dirty room though.”

“I stayed two nights with my boys in the Sunrise Family Suite and we loved it. The property is beautiful with spectacular views, and the games room was a real bonus. Cath and Roy were incredibly welcoming and made our stay feel special. We chose the breakfast option, which worked perfectly for us, and Cath checked in to make sure the menu suited our tastes. We’d happily return and highly recommend the property.”
