The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the balcony and includes an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer. The apartment has 1 bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. The property benefits from a private entrance and is accessible without a lift.
