âReally nice apartments good located. We were six people and the apartment fitted us all with two bathrooms. The sofa was okey to sleep in. We missed chairs on the terrass though. There were only three and we got a fourth the last day- told them day one we were six. Otherwise very friendly staff that helped us with printing boarding passes really late arrival etcâ
âI stayed here for one night with my family after our flight was cancelled leaving out of Ponta Delgada. It was a last minute choice and this property was beautiful. I believe itâs new , everything was spotless, food at the restaurant was delicious, would definitely stay again. â
âWe loved how easy the check in was! We arrived late however we received very detailed instructions on the check in process which made it simple despite a late arrival. The staff were kind and helpful even opening breakfast early to accommodate those of use leaving early for flights. Would recommend to anyone needing an over lay accommodation or simply something just outside ponta delgada.â
âThe hotel was awesome. Service was great and staff very helpful. Also, facilities were great. The restaurant and bar was topnotch. The service was a bit slow at times at the bar/restaurant but it didn't concern us the least; it may be because the hotel is quite new.
