Just a few minutes from the sea and the famous Sauzaie beach, this pleasant semi-detached house of 60 m² located in Brétignolles-sur-Mer welcomes you for a family stay. Comfortable and fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for fully enjoying the Vendée coast.



Outside, you will enjoy a enclosed garden with an unobstructed view, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Garden furniture will allow you to share convivial moments outdoors and a plancha is at your disposal to prepare delicious summer meals. The house also has a balcony accessible from one of the upstairs bedrooms.



Inside, the entrance leads directly into a warm and functional living space. The lounge area, furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a television, invites you to relax. Just next to it, the dining room has a table that can accommodate 4 people for sharing your meals. The open-plan American kitchen, modern and practical, is fully equipped: induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as if you were at home.



On the night side, you will have 2 bedrooms upstairs:

- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) with access to a balcony

- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190)



A bathroom with shower and toilet is also available upstairs. A second independent toilet is located on the ground floor for added convenience.



A parking space is available on the plot, just in front of the house.



For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine.
