The villa has been designed to facilitate and enhance indoor-outdoor living. The living area is built around a dining room and a very bright lounge, which open entirely to the outside through large glass doors. Moving forward, you will discover a superb, fully equipped, functional, and convivial open-plan kitchen. With its large American fridge, it opens harmoniously onto the terrace, perfect for preparing large summer lunches while keeping an eye on the outdoors.

The sleeping area, spread over two levels, has been redesigned to offer absolute comfort and great privacy to each guest, featuring a total of 5 beautiful bedrooms.

On the ground floor:
Two beautiful double bedrooms (11 sqm each): Equipped with 140x190 cm beds and large built-in wardrobes. These two rooms share a modern shower room with a toilet.

Upstairs (new extension):
Two additional bedrooms (11 sqm), bright and warm.
A large shared bathroom completing this floor, equipped with a bathtub—ideal for lounging or bathing the little ones—and a toilet.

Our outdoors and wellness area...

The magic truly happens outside, within a beautiful, enclosed, and fully secure garden. On the large terrace, you will enjoy a dining area set up with an electric plancha and deckchairs to relax to the sound of birds singing. The highlight of the show remains the luxurious private spa (4-seater hot tub) heated all year round: relaxing in it while listening to the rustling of the surrounding forest trees offers a feeling of absolute disconnection.
On the practical side, the property offers a large private parking area in front of the villa, as well as a vast garage (22 sqm) coupled with a storage space (11 sqm), ideal for safely storing your bikes and surfboards.

Nestled in an exceptional wooded environment, it allows you to live to the rhythm of the forest while being only 1 kilometer from the ocean (easily accessible by foot, bike, or car). The huge nearby sandy beaches, perfect for surfing or swimming, are just minutes away. The neighborhood invites you to hop on your bikes to explore the superb cycle paths winding between the ocean and the pine forest. For practicalities and food lovers, the location is ideal: a mere 5-minute drive takes you to supermarkets as well as the famous Les Halles de Brétignolles market, the perfect place to find fresh oysters and the famous Vendée brioche.

CONCIERGE FEES AND OPTIONAL SERVICES

To guarantee a hotel-quality standard and complete transparency, preparation fees are not included in the online booking. Payment is made directly to our concierge service "Les Clefs de l'Océan" after your stay is confirmed.

Mandatory fees (Essential Services):
End-of-Stay Cleaning (Mandatory): 170 euros per stay. (The accommodation must still be left in a decent state: clean dishes and emptied bins).
Bed Linen and Towels Package (Mandatory): 10 euros per person. This package allows us to provide hotel-quality linen (beds are made upon arrival), bath towels (1 large and 1 small towel per person), and kitchen towels.

Your Comfort Options (On request):
Early check-in (subject to availability): 50 euros.
Late check-out (subject to availability): 50 euros.
Additional cleaning during the stay: 39 euros per hour.

Tourist tax (Mandatory): Variable depending on your booking.

Security Deposit: A deposit of 1,000 euros will be requested before your arrival. This is done as a pre-authorization on your credit card (the amount is not debited).
