âHotel is very run down. In badly need of an upgrade. The heat in our room didnât work, which made the room very cold. No hot water for showering.
Windows in hallway was so crooked it didnât shut.
Breakfast consisted of 2 bags of toast and bagel, juice cartoons, coffee and some dry eggs. Worse breakfast than the cheapest motels.
When telling staff about our experience the answer we got was that hotel was over 40 years old, and they do what they can to update it.â

âIt is a nice place to stay, we really enjoyed this place during our winter vacation. We have family of 6 with a little dog. The best part of this property is it provides fire woods for residents, so during our stay, we enjoyed the fire place in the living room. The property manage team response us pretty quick, we had a little problem on our arrival day and they able to get it fix for us pretty soon. It is a nice place with good view for winter vacation. â

âGreat communication from the host. Location is great, very short drive or less than a mile walk from the Brian Head Mall / Giant steps lodge.The property worked really well for our group. The kitchen family room and close by table allowed our large group to comfortably socialize.â
