“Hotel is very run down. In badly need of an upgrade. The heat in our room didn’t work, which made the room very cold. No hot water for showering. Windows in hallway was so crooked it didn’t shut. Breakfast consisted of 2 bags of toast and bagel, juice cartoons, coffee and some dry eggs. Worse breakfast than the cheapest motels. When telling staff about our experience the answer we got was that hotel was over 40 years old, and they do what they can to update it.”

“Older condo, no AC but cool even in summer, not fancy but cozy, clean and you can't go wrong at Brian head for summer or winter. The hot tub/pool was nice, security on site, and the owner had thought of everything we could need. more than 4 would be really tight. ”
