Great property. My only complaint is the room numbering doesn’t make any sense. It too me a long time to figure out that building 1 and 2 were the same property and that all the rooms in building 1 started with 1 despite the floor. We loved the property. Access to the ski resort was a breeze. The view out the front window was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of pillows and blankets to use. Our kids loved easy access to smart TVs when we were done skiing. The hot tub was wonderful. Lots of room to share meals and spread out. I will absolutely stay here again when coming back to Brian head.

What a great place to stay! Central to both main lifts. Comfy and cozy! Made our first ski trip as a family perfect. Had everything we needed to make our own food and was very accommodating to use the pool and spa. Would come back again on our next time to Brian Head!

Key fob for pool was great. Made it easy to visit pool, spa, sauna without having to bring other and made it easy to return back into room with a code. Parking was great with access to an elevator for luggage. Room had a lot of pans and tools to stay and cook. Beds where comfortable and rooms were cleaned and warm. Had plenty of towelsfor our 4 night stay. I would use this location again. Great view of the mountains and ski resort.

The location is excellent. The view is beautiful. The place is nice. The gear dryer was a fabulous addition. Everything was smooth. Minus one star for no light over the dining area, dirty dishes probably because the dishwasher doesn't seem to work very well, and the inability to control the temperature very well meant a too-hot stay especially at night while sleeping. A great stay overall.

The condo was in a perfect location, was very clean, and a good size for my family. The condo has a mud room that is a perfect entryway to keep boots/shoes/jackets. Covered parking was very convenient since it did snow during our stay. The host was also very responsive and communicative on any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!!

Clean and cozy! The pool wasn't freezing and the hot tube was nice! Beautiful scenery and the place was nice. Cute place. Lots a stuff for kids in the unit which was awesome! Had a really cute picture book we tried to add to it but couldn't get the camera to work. Most likely Operator error. Loved the place! Cute and cozy decor!

The view from the unit was amazing. The Aspen trees stole the show. There were tons of hiking trails around the area. We enjoyed the hot tub nightly and appreciated the elevator and luggage carts. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. There were some minor cleanliness issues that the host said she would remedy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great space for small families!

We really enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom condo! Having a full kitchen and a full table were great, and we were very glad the freezer had a working icemaker! The couch was very comfortable. (Having extra blankets for both beds and couch sitting along with some comfy kids chairs were all much appreciated as well.) Having two bathrooms was a plus as well. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans were a must for our stay during the summer, so we were glad to have those as well. The "boot room" was a great place to stash our luggage. Everything was clean and cozy! We all enjoyed the pool and loved the hot tub. The exercise room's equipment appeared to be in working order as well. Melissa was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you so much, Melissa!(Just a note: the pool area and fitness room had specific hours (10-10pm and 8-10pm respectively) and were completely unaccessible during off hours. Good things to know if you want to swim or workout early.)

We had a great stay. The views of Brian Head Mountain are awesome from the condo. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean, neat, and a with a full stocked kitchen. The pool was clean and the Jacuzzi felt great on my back. Parowan is only a short 20 minute drive if you want less expensive gas for your vehicles or groceries. This was an unbelievable value. The owner responds within minutes with any questions or needs you might have.

The directions were very unclear especially with the construction, it was tricky. The facility was great, we all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and air hocky table. The unit was charming, well supplied and the instructions were clear. However, there was a layer of dust on top of everything. When turned on the oven to cook a pizza there was a lot of smoke because the oven is in serious need of cleaning. All in all, it was great stay !!

We really enjoyed our stay the only thing missing was no Air conditioning. I do believe that the bed was smaller than a queen. But it was still comfortable. The views made up for everything . We spent our time relaxing, eating and spending time with nature.
