“When I drove up I was astonished at the outside of the property. There was garbage everywhere. In the hedges. On the ground. I got my keys & went to the room. It smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. I'm asthmatic and cigarette smoke is not something I choose to be around. I went to sit in one of the chairs. There were stains on both the backs of the two chairs & the seat of the smaller one. I took my toiletries to the bathroom and immediately brought them back to the kitchen area. ...

“It was a busy weekend, I had no hot water for several days. Took cold showers.
The breakfast did not have an attendant on Sunday. I filled the coffee area myself with cups, sugar etc… but no coffee.
No hot foods.
Staff is nice and polite. Maid service helped me out with my ill husband , kept our room neat.
I felt safe here .”

The only negative in our viewpoint was on inability to self-park our car at this location. We don't mind paying for parking, but we're not fans of valet service and were disappointed that we could only valet...
