“When we turned down the bed to go to sleep we saw a redish/Brown stain on the sheet covering the matress.My mother who travels to northlake for a medical treatment every three months is very stricted when it comes to cleanlyness and was very upset about finding the stain so I went and told the front desk that there was a stain on our sheet he replyed in a cold manner saying her would be up in a little while to take a look. “Okay hotel in a beautiful place. We got a nice apartment that was very big and fine. No breakfast included but we had a kitchen. Laundry facilities are old and not so nice.”

“Stay here quite regularly, the staff know us when we have appointments at the nearby hospital. Staff are wonderful and caring. The bathroom we had did leak and needed extra towels to mop up the water leaking onto the carpet. The other downside is the wifi connection to the TV, we always seem to have trouble to connect no matter using Accor or hot spot.”
