“The staff were very friendly and helpful. We Loved our stay at the Mathis House Victorian Bed & Breakfast and Tea Room luncheon. Beautifully decorated. Loved all the food selections. both Tea & breakfast. Rooms were lovely and very comfortable. Had a cute shop also. We loved the selections of teas & bought some for home. Highly recommend staying here.”

“This place is incredibly charming! The area is, too. The attached restaurant was wonderful, we ate outside on the back deck. Note they do not have a liquor license, but the place was packed - the food was so good, no one cares about the lack of liquor. It may be BYOB, ask ahead if you care. “We absolutely loved stayed at Casa Del Mar!!! It was quiet, clean, pet friendly and most importantly very welcoming ! The staff was very accommodating and helped us with every aspect of our trip. The area is great, you’re right by a dock but just a 10 minute walk to the Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk and Tiki bar. “This is a very old motel. The property is a little run down. Wasn't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! We had a queen suite studio room. It was all newly updated with a sitting area, kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom. Immaculately clean! We were on the ground floor and were able to park right outside our door.
