“There was nothing I liked beside the outside trees and the grass. I will never stay at this place again. It was false advertising. I brought my mother here with me for a special event that I was a part of and I also inviting other friends to stay there as well. The doorknob to the bathrooms would fall off and we would get lock in, the towels were with holes in them, no breakfast was every cook, the bed sink in and the floors was not level. “Check in was a breeze & our room was clean. Their sign in the room said to expect housekeeping to come every other day. When the second day came we threw our towels on the floor thinking that when we came back in the afternoon, all will be refreshed. Even when we left the hotel that morning, we went by the front desk to make sure that someone would be coming by. Sadly, they did not during the 5 hrs we were at our conference. We told FD that HK never came to collect trash & bring us clean towels....

“The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had several items already in the room ( toothpaste/ toothbrush) so if you forgot yours you had it right in your room the bar was stocked with top shelf liquor and a variety of snacks. Loved the espresso machine too. Bed was comfortable and the electric shades made it simple to darken the room for sleeping”

“The room was very well laid out, bed comfortable! Staff was outstanding, very helpful from the moment we pulled up to the door! We arrived early due to a conference and they kept our luggage until our room was ready and when we checked out…conference not being over until the afternoon! Enjoyed the bar…food and drinks all very good in a relaxing area. A little walk to convention center mostly due to construction but definitely doable.”
