  • 28 sq-m studio for 4 persons with large balcony exposed East and location on the 6th floor of the residence with lift. Cleared view on the Vanoise mountain and on Brides les Bains.

    Living area with dining space and television, entrance with storage.
    Open plan kitchen: electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

    SLEEPING CAPACITY:
    Sleeping area : one set of bunk beds.
    Living-room: one set of pull out beds.

    Bathroom with bath, toilets, and washing machine.

    Outside parking for the residence: non attributed space.

    RENTAL CONDITIONS :
    Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays.
    Bed linen is not included for all year round stays.
    Towels and cleaning at the end of the stay not included and on request.
    Deposit required on arrival.
    Supplement of 30€ per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals).
