“I was in charge of 3.5 million square feet of 'BACK OF THE HOUSE" space for a huge medical center in NYC for over 2 decades. This included 7 acute care hospitals with over 3,500 beds. So I hope you understand I'm vary familiar with being disappointed whenever I've stayed in a hotel, motel, etc. However, this time, my stay put a huge smile on my face. I was VERY Pleasantly surprised by how much this management and staff of this facility has taken over a poorly run, dirty and not very pleasant...

“We booked here because we liked the chain, and the included breakfast. When we checked in the woman checking us in barely spoke to us, she did not even welcome us to the hotel. When my daughter went to use the tv we found there was no remote, so had to go ask for one by speaking through the security camera. When she brought the remote she didn't speak, just shoved a remote taped together at us then walked away. There was only 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper (for 3 people) and only 3 tissues. ...

“Room was not clean there was a bad smell in the room. There was like 3 life bugs in the tub so I wash them down with water so I did not have a shower. No pool. Breakfast was not good. I will never stay there again”

“If you’re looking for cheap and don’t mind mold in the shower it’s ok. Dont like the fact that they won’t go out of their way to provide breakfast to guest that have the book out before 8am. They could at the very least give you a muffin, fruit or something.”
