“Although Hotels.com had sent info that the room was confirmed and paid for, I got a mail from the hotel (29th of May) saying that it was only a "provisional reservation" and I should contact them ("Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation and potential cancellation fees."). I called the next morning and was told that booking was closed but I´d be contacted. At 5 pm I hadn't been contacted, so I called again and was then told that it was a misunderstanding and the...

“We had such a fantastic experience visiting rock hill. From the gated entrance, to the beautiful building, the garden, lovely breakfast (with a tea stand with a selection of bread/metas/cheese etc for each table). We stayed at the newly build apartments that was absolutely fantastic. The bathrooms had both a big shower and a big bathtub (big enough for two). Beds were very big. Quite and tranquil. I wish we would have stayed an extra day. ”

“The room had an Ocean View. The breakfast was lovely. Cereal, Orange, Tea and a fry up. The room was clean and very quiet. There was no tvs in the rooms. There was adequate communal space downstairs with a TV where breakfast was also served. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and could not do enough for you. The b&b is about 2kms outside of the town. This was fine I just drove in.”

“This was a lovely spot. The accomodation was basic but really all that is needed. We did not have any hot water for all our stay however. We called (no answer) and left a message (no reply). This was a bit disappointing. The bunk beds look practical but with one person on the bottom bunk and one on the top sleep was hard as everytime one of us moved the bed would creek and wobble. ”

“An amazing stay in the farmhouse. 4 great bedrooms, a substantial dining kitchen, all the amenities you could need. Only 2mins drive to Rathmullan centre and handily located for the Wild Atlantic Way, Ballymastocker Beach, Portsalon, Fanad and general touring of Donegal. We will definitely be back.”
