Not the best, needs some work doing
The pod itself was clean, and comfortable, once I had requested another mattress on my bed as the one that was on was so thin I could feel the bed boards through it. The staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming. The toilet and shower room was not as I expected. There's basically 3 very large bathrooms, which are shared, we were given a code for one of the bathrooms, which meant that if someone else was using it, we had to wait to use the toilet or shower. There was no hot water in there either, which I did report to reception, but still none the next day. I can't comment on the cafe as we did not use it. The animal park next door was worth a visit and reasonably priced. It's not too far from Bridlington itself so that was good.

Noise levels from other families, felt like we on an 18-30's holiday. Food is limited and expensive and not as advertised. We booked a Yurt but were put in a pod... No cold water in bathroom....

Our stay at Park Rose was Very Poor, the whole place is very dated and needs a complete overhaul, Toilets, you have to key in a number to get in to them 99% of the time the code did not work , this also applied to the Showers & Washing areas, The Yurts where in poor condition , leaked when it rained, we had to buy our own Beding ! Supermarket was Ok, No general bin for rubbish, Taps that didnt work, Toilets that did not work, Lights that did not work, Short leads on Electric Kettle, Fire & only 2 electric points, In total I would rate thjis place 4 out of 10, will not be coming back !

Excessive security arrangements for a toilet.
The hut was perfectly fine and quite comfortably, washing and toilet facilities were clean and well maintained, when you could access them. To get access to these facilities you firstly need a pin-code for the main door, then a second code for the toilet and wash facility. Not very convenient in the middle of the night when needing the toilet.

A nice place to stay, especially when the weather is good due to the outdoor space. Only downfall was the lack of black out blinds. The noise of the peacocks doesn’t make for great sleeping, but the kids loved having them around.

The facilities where run down it took about 15 minutes to check-in as nobody was about woken up very early by somebody emptying slurry tank at the animal park could do with a bit more for children to do as only one swing and local kids on bikes where running wild and trying to break things there where no spoons to stir drinks no tea bags just 4 coffee packets and milk pods and no brush only a dustpan the fire could have done with a clean with a wire brush and had not been cleaned out from the ashers of previous Tennants

Good vlue for money
Great value for money .very quiet and relaxing .pods a bit warm due to the nice weather advise to take a fan .Took our own bedding but would pay the exra fee next time easier.Cafe lovely but closed a bit earlier.Great store on site to buy all the things you need .Didnt sell food but soft drinks and snacks .very friendly .A fridge would be ideal to take there was one in kitchen near shower blocks but only small .Bbq allowed .Good setting area too.

Great pods - take bedding and linen
Great pods and very clean but take bedding. They reminded us to take bed linen but I think they meant bedding because there was no duvets or pillows. Which wasn’t a problem cause we’d taken some stuff with us. All that aside, it was lovely and Bridlington is perfect for the kids. Would definitely go back ..!!

The camping pod was lovely, great size, comfy beds, useful table, chairs and kettle. The owner was very friendly and helpful, lovely man. The cafe is good but could do with being open longer hours .The only down side was the ladder to the bunkbed was missing so I had to help ny son get up and down. Also, the lock on the bathroom door is strange. You are given a code to open the door but can't lock it from the inside so anyone else with the code can come in at any point. I never felt comfortable in there. Overall a lovely place and would definitely stay again

First time glamping, my children absolutely loved it! The site is very clean and well looked after. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.

Weekend trip
Stayed for weekend, quiet campsite with good facilities, not too far from the beach (30 mins or so) nice pod, only negatives was main bed didn’t feel very sturdy but might feel different with a thicker mattress, didn’t use bunk beds but mattress on them were twice as big. Really wanted to try cafe on site but opening times were limited so we were off before 9am and back around six when it was closed so had to go into town for food. It is glamping after all and would return

Great Holiday
Lovely yurt complete with electricity on its own decking. Each yurt had its own picnic table. Fairy lights gave a nice gentle light. Neighbours all were friendly. Staff were helpful at check in, toilets and shower cleaned regularly.

Pleasant stay
Hadn’t got notification of our arrival reception was done via the cafe who were not the owners of the pod. When we booked there was no mention of bringing your own bed linen only towels. Luckily there was a shop selling linen nearby. Nice and clean with your own toilet facilities. The area just felt a bit neglected. Could do with some hooks in the pod for hanging things up.

Hi Judith. It does say on Expedia we can provide bedlinen if you ask for. Sorry we did not manage to talk to you before arrival to adjust those details, as we do with all our guests. The Cafe is part of the same business. Hope next time you have a better experience!

The yurts were especially roomy , good value for money , the toilets needing a bit of upgrade but were cleaned every day and so were the showers , would definitely go back

Lovely, clean and spacious but need new mattresses
Lovely setting, pod very clean and spacious. Loved the central bbq area and the fact we had our own personal bathroom, which was also large and clean. Lovely having peacocks wandering the grounds. Cafe breakfast was fantastic. Only downside was the mattresses. The double bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Woke up numerous times and was sore in the morning. Would definitely return if mattresses were replaced

My stay at park rose was very good only downfall was the peacocks that woke you up quite early on a morning.

Nice pod, showers and toilets need a revamp massivly and the code for the door is quite annoyong could be updated with a keycard or fob but overall nice and pleasant
