The Space:

A stunning 3 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 6 guests, overlooking Bridlingtons North Beach.

The apartment is on the top floor, with 30 steps to reach the apartment level.

Open your door and enter a modern bubble of luxury in a classic seaside town.

A large, modern, open plan living space awaits, with large patio doors which lead onto your private balcony. The balcony seating is perfect for alfresco dining, with a hanging egg chair to relax with a book.

The first bedroom has a double bed, with an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third has twin beds.

The apartment has a large house bathroom with a 1800mm x 900mm walk in shower.

Featuring a 50" smart TV in the lounge and a 43" smart TV in the master bedroom.



Guest Access:

You can enjoy the entire apartment.



The Neighborhood:

Our prime position overlooking the North Bay of Bridlington is envied by many.

Head across to the beach for a splash or a relaxing stroll.

Heading left takes you on a clifftop walk to Sewerby, and Danes Dyke beyond - A stunning part of the Yorkshire coast.

Head right, and you will shortly reach Bridlingtons working harbour, where you can see the fishermen landing the days catch.

With various beach front coffee shops and restaurants a short walk away, you can park the car, and leave it until you head back home.



Getting Around:

You have a parking space on our property.

Our central location means you shouldn't need the car again unless you are venturing out of town. You can hop on the land train for a clifftop ride up to Sewerby Hall and Gardens, or take a short walk into the town, or along the beach to Danes Dyke and Flamborough.

We are a 20 minute walk from the train station, and 15 minutes from the bus station.



Interaction with Guests:

We offer contactless check in, whereby we leave keys in a lockout outside the property for you to let yourselves in.
