“The airport shuttle service at this hotel is extremely inconvenient. They only run the shuttle once every hour, which is not practical at all for travelers. To make matters worse, they only have one shuttle, and it is dedicated to Southwest Airlines first. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes at the airport for a ride, even though the hotel is just an 8-minute drive away. This is simply absurd. If you need to rely on the shuttle, I would not recommend booking this hotel.”

“Took an impromptu getaway trip to Raleigh NC with a god friend and we stayed at this facility. Prior to our arrival the staff was welcoming and supportive from property details to dining in the surrounding areas. Rodney the shuttle driver took us around the area to get a meal shortly after we settled in our room. The front desk staff has the best gems with Kelly who entertained us with great chats about travels and dining in the area and Yani who didn’t hesitate to accommodate when I asked for...
“Clean. Efficient checkin . Parking included but charged $50 for incidentals- to be reversed with in 5 days!? Not much with in walking distance and no one at the in house restaurant or room service could be reached. Good for business travel. ”
