Set on the first floor, the whole apartment is flooded with natural light through large sash windows, beautifully styled with vibrant royal blues, mustard and coral accents, and a coastal theme running throughout — shell prints, wave cushions, and sunset tones that capture Brighton's spirit..!

There's plenty of space to relax and unwind in the open plan living and dining area — gather on the statement blue velvet sofa, watch a Netflix movie on the Smart TV, or share meals around the dining table. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped for everything from breakfast for sieven to a proper family roast.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed dressed in fresh linens, wardrobe storage, and a restful setting for a proper night's sleep.

The second bedroom is beautifully flexible — a zip-and-link bed that sets up as either a king or twin singles, plus an additional single bed, a dedicated workspace, and plenty of storage. Ideal for families with children or mixed groups..!

There's a family bathroom with shower off the hall, with fresh towels and toiletries provided.

Back in the living room, a comfortable double sofa bed sleeps an additional two guests — bringing the total to seven.

Tea, coffee, semi-skimmed milk and delicious biscuits are also provided so you can settle in from the moment you arrive.

• Safety: The apartment is equipped with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. There is no gas in the apartment so carbon monoxide sensors are not required.

• Security: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with external security cameras and an internal noise monitoring device. This device only monitors decibel levels and does not record audio.

• Location: Due to the bustling central location, there can be some noise on the road outside however guest experiences are generally always positive (checkout our reviews).
