Close to Terrasson in Dordogne and Brive in Corrèze, in the Vézère Valley, a true haven of greenery and beauty, the house is located on the edge of the Périgord Noir and its many tourist sites.
It has all the comforts and is perfect for families (with or without children), holidays with friends and animals.
The house is located on a wooded park of 3000 m2 with a large swimming pool and a terrace where it is good to have meals.

The accommodation
Country house between Périgord and Limousin with 4 bedrooms, a large swimming pool and a superb view.

Inside: 4 bedrooms equipped with a double bed, 2 of which are 160x200 cm, 2 bathrooms (1 equipped with a shower and a bathtub), a kitchen open to the living room and the dining room.

Outside: a private swimming pool (not shared) of 40 m2 in a green setting with 8 deckchairs, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court (pétanque balls provided), a covered terrace with a charcoal barbecue.

The house, fully air-conditioned, is not overlooked, which allows you to spend a peaceful stay.

For leisure, visits, everything is possible in the surrounding area, you will be spoiled for choice! In addition to its countryside and rivers ideal for walking, its caves and chasms inviting exploration, the Périgord Noir will offer you its unique historical heritage with its preserved architecture as can be admired in Terrasson, Montignac, Sarlat, and in its thousand castles, gardens, churches, abbeys and priories.

House Rules:

Bed linens are provided, but not bath or hand towels.

An optional €90 end-of-stay cleaning fee is available.

Birthdays and other celebrations are prohibited to avoid any disturbance.
A €500 deposit is required on the day of arrival to cover any property damage or disturbance to the neighborhood, particularly after 11 p.m. Indeed, nighttime noise is strictly prohibited and may result in the full retention of the deposit and a police report.

The swimming pool is open from May 15th to September 15th.

A €10/night supplement applies during the winter period (November 1st to April 15th) to cover heating costs. This supplement is not included in the price indicated in the listing and must be paid on site.

Holiday vouchers are accepted upon request.

Pets are welcome, up to two pets per pet, provided they are respectful of the property.
