The house has 2 rooms, 1 large double room with a private balcony, the other room has two single beds, with a private terrace overlooking the large park that surrounds the villa. Upstairs there is a large bathroom with shower and tub, as well as all the services. Also on the upper floor there is the playroom where the youngest guests can play with eco-friendly and Montessori games at their disposal. Every detail is taken care of down to the smallest details, with care and attention.
On the ground floor there is the beautiful kitchen, equipped with every comfort, with oven, microwave, kettle, teapot, juicer, toaster, the large dining room that overlooks three sides of the house, surrounded by the beautiful garden. In the room there is also a beautiful working fireplace for your autumn dinners. Next to it there is another bathroom, also with window, equipped with all the comforts.
On the ground floor there is also a veranda-reading room from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the three hills of Brisighella.
The house has a laundry room with washing machine and clothes horse.
