Great Location
Perfect location, easy drive to downtown Bristol and nearby towns. We enjoyed watching a baseball game Saturday afternoon, only recommendation would be a mirror added to the second bedroom to help with getting ready etc . Would stay again!

Birthday Trip
This was the cleanest house I have ever stayed in through VRBO! 5 of us took my mom for an overnight trip for her birthday and no one had any issues with the house. Chad is absolutely the greatest host to work with! I would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful day in the neighborhood. Watched the baseball game from the back deck.

Great midpoint
Stayed overnight as a midpoint in a road trip from Massachusetts to Mississippi. Anyone needing a well-appointed 2BR place right off of I-81 to crash and keep going will like this spot. While not on a busy street, property is on the corner of a fairly steep incline so there is some road/engine noise -- nothing a white noise machine/phone app can't handle. Will be back in a month for my return trip from MS to MA!

Stay For Work
House was very clean and area was nice. The house was perfect for the month we needed it for work!! The only thing to be aware of is that there is actually two owners of the property which you don’t realize from the listing. We were told one thing was ok and then got a call from the other owner who periodically drives by the property that it wasn’t ok. Which was frustrating. Other than that the house was great!

A Fantastic Place for family
The house was beautiful and welcoming. I was super pleased to see a Christmas tree already up. I had inquired about bringing a small one for my 6 year old. Everything was easy to use, and I loved the at home feeling you get as soon as you walk in to the place. The back deck was especially nice. I will use this location again and have already recommended it to a friend.

Perfect Location!
This may be one of our favorite rentals. Blackbird Bakery on the Fly is around the corner, grocery store across the street, and many food options as you turn off Euclid Ave. The bonus had to be the little bar built into the back deck so we could watch the local minor league team play baseball. Interior was clean and decorated in a manner that felt very calm and relaxing. Just the escape I needed to catch up with friends and attend a family event at Steele Creek park just down the road.

Cozy little house
Nice little two bedroom house overlooking the ball field. Wish we could've seen a game! Kitchen is spacious for a small house. Entire house has been updated. Chad was very accommodating to us during our stay. He even offered to add a TV in the bedroom since my wife sleeps with the TV on! I would recommend as an affordable, comfortable vacation choice.

Great Location/ Really Enjoyed
We had absolutely no problems staying at this property. There is a Kroger and a Dollar General right up the road if you forgot anything. We stayed while my husband was racing at Thunder Valley which was about 20 minutes away. Beds were really comfy, house was clean, and was stocked with everything we needed. When we come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again. I hope it will be available.

We stayed in this lovely home from October 12 to October 15 2019. My husband had knee replacement surgery and it was perfect for us and our Mini- Doxie. Property is only four miles from the hospital and was so convenient. Knee replacements are not pleasant but this house was perfect. House has everything you need and the decor is lovely. Everything was immaculate and Chad ( the owner ) goes well and beyond to ensure his guests have everything they want and need. The kitchen is well stocked. Snacks are provided - which was extremely nice. We had wonderful internet service and DirecTV - all the comforts of home. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. They were very helpful. There is a wonderful Food City only two minutes away. I felt very safe the night I stayed by myself. Chad is VERY responsive to any questions you might have. This VRBO was a wonderful experience and Chad really cares about his guests. Thank you so much for everything.

Heaven in Bristol
Chad's place in one of the best VRBO's we have ever stayed in and certainly the cleanest and we have been staying in vacation rentals for almost 20 years. Its a tight compact house but everything you need in right there. Downtown is less than 5 minutes away and the VA Creeper Trail is less than a half hour. One added bonus were the right field seats for the Bristol Pirates baseball team. You can see all the action w/o binoculars from the back deck of the house. All in all a great stay and we'll be back next year.
