Kom och bo i ett 4-årigt privathem med en kort promenad till en vacker föreningsstrand som har en sandstrand. Fastigheten har 3 sovrum, 2 badrum och en färdig lägre nivå med sovsoffa och kabel T. V. Köket är fullt utrustat med granitbänkskivor, och det finns en ät i matsal och vardagsrumsdel. Huset innehåller också bekvämligheter av ett exklusivt hem, trex däck 10 vid 25 fot med grill och uteplats setup. Exotisk brasiliansk körsbär Trägolv på första våningen. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare för att göra din vistelse bekväm. Det är också luftkonditionering och takfläktar för att reglera luftflödet och temperaturerna.
Detta är ett utmärkt läge i mitten av Lakes-regionen i New Hampshire. Newfound Lake är perfekt för avkoppling på stranden, simning, snorkling, segling och fiske. Huset är en 5 minuters bilresa till Wellington State Park som har en offentlig båt lansering, offentliga strandområde, picknickområde och vandringsleder. Området har också golfbanor i närheten och outlet shopping i Tilton ca 20 minuter bort. Lake Winnipesaukee, Weirs Beach och staden Meredith ligger bara 15 minuter bort. Waterville Valley, Kancamagus Highway och de vita bergen ligger alla inom en timmes bilresa.

Property fit the pictures. Perfect location for what we needed. Great community. Communication was good. Only surprise was to find out linens and towels were not provided and trash had to be taken to the dump ourselves. Would have preferred to know that prior to the welcome letter a day before arrival.

We stayed at this house for 8 nights. There were 9 of us on Saturday night. The rest of the time there were 5 of us. We were there for a large family/friend reunion in the area. We had 2 major issues, mice and water. The owner was responsive trying to resolve the issues. However, the end result was not pleasant. Perhaps these issues were a one time occurrence, as the owner, proclaimed. In my opinion it is more likely due to lack of routine maintenance.We saw mice 3 times, all in the kitchen. They got into sealed food on the kitchen counter more than once. We had to keep all food in the refrigerator. Pretty gross! On day 3 the water was filthy and contained sediment. The plumber came Tuesday, Wed, Thurs & Fri. Both toilets needed repair. The pump stopped twice. We had to stagger showers and flushes all week. We used bottle water all week for drinking, coffee, brushing teeth etc. Saturday morning it was just myself and my husband. We awoke to no water at all. The well was evidently dry.Additionally, although the house appeared to be clean upon arrival, in my opinion, it desperately needs a deep cleaning. The bathroom mats were very stained and in my opinion need replacing.We did stay for the 8 nights because there was nothing else nearby available.I requested a 20% refund due to the extreme inconvenience, which I felt was very reasonable. However, I was never given any compensation. Would not recommend.

A great house for a multi-generation family get away. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Loved cooking on the grill on the back deck. Easy access to the beach and all the lake region of NH has to offer.

Mini lake getaway

Was a perfect place for a short stay & take in the local area amenities. House was rustic, quaint,very spacious, & clean. It was a great place to relax with friends, play some games & cook on the grill after 2 great days at the lake!! We booked day passes for Wellington State Park & it was perfect just 11 mins away from the property. Owner was very responsive with any minor questions we had. Overall it was great stay.

Family Vacation??? So bad we left early.

After the initial hiccup of an unclean place upon arrival, got fixed. Along with the purchase of a small area rug and a few pairs of sheets. thanks I guess. The overall condition of the place is very rundown. Nothing there screams vacation. The upstairs smells like a puppy mill, and the lower level smells like mold and fuel oil covered up by dollar store air, fresheners you know the ones! The rugs, sofa's, bedding and pillows were completely beat, stained and disgusting. When brought up to owner he became loud and unprofessional, to be fair we did get compensated for one day the day we were put out twice for the cleaners to come. We ended up, leaving 3 days early. If you’re thinking of staying here don't until Tom completely revamps the place to be a true vacation home. Hope this helps with your decision.

Pleasant weekend

Property was clean, comfortable and enjoyable for our family who was staying from out of town. The property is secluded and private which was a plus. Home is rustic with a large yard for activities and we loved using the fire pit. Would recommend!

Nice Newfound Lake House with shared beach access

While the house is a bit rustic, it was fine for us. We were thankful for the AC window unit as it was quite hot while we were there. The neighborhood is relatively quiet with little road noise. Newfound Lake was great and we got to meet nice people with whom we shared the beach. My only complaint is that the trash situation is a bit confusing. The Bridgewater incinerator and transfer station is on Dick Brown Road and was open on Fridays and the weekend. The provided directions link to the Bristol transfer station on Ayers Island Road requires a sticker that must be purchased from the Bristol town clerk. We didn't mind dealing with the trash but would have appreciated better instructions.

Peaceful and Relaxing

We had a wonderful week at Tom & Delia's home in Bridgewater. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone to have space. There were 3 floors of living space and the downstairs was awesome with its own bathroom and a washer and dryer. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas had plenty of space to get a meal done and just hang out. I dealt with Tom mostly and he was very accommodating and available for anything we needed. The only bummer was there was no bathroom on the 2nd floor. But we had a very relaxing week and spent a few days at the Wellington State Park which was beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your cozy home.
