There is one full bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a shower and a half bath to make everyone more comfortable.

This house is so very charming and uniquely, artfully decorated. We loved the location- near both the restaurants and shops of Damariscotta and the natural beauty of Pemaquid Point. Highly recommend!

Our Bristol cottage (really a house!) stay was great! We appreciated the cleanliness of all rooms and property! The house is very spacious with plenty of comfortable furniture in many sitting areas. Please note the major plus that the mattresses are fantastic as well as linens in all the bedrooms. There is an authentic Maine style swimmimg hole nearby and a wonderful local diner all within short walking distance. On property are two small private docks with access to the stream for kayaking and freshwater fishing. This is a great location to local lobster docks in New Harbor and Round Pond as well as visits to Pemaquid beach and lighthouse. The town of Damariscotta has grocery, bars and restaurants. The midcoast area has a lot to offer!

We had such a great stay in this amazing home, built in the late 1800's. Loved all the original floorboards, beamed ceilings, and the peaceful river and changing foliage, of which the latter two could be viewed while enjoying coffee on the back deck or in garden chairs scattered amongst their landscaped yard. Our doggo, Teddy, also settled right in (he LOVED the big dog bed upstairs!) and the nearby River Trail was convenient for stretching his legs and ours. The home was absolutely spotless, the kitchen fully equipped, and the beds were super comfortable. The visit wasn't without a few glitches, thanks to an early cold snap and the need to wake up a furnace that said...um no. lol. But Kristina was all over it; she was super responsive, and her Dad stocked us up with a season's worth of wood to keep the homestead cozy with the small, but powerful woodstove, which was the centerpiece of the living room. It kept the whole house toasty and just added to the ambiance! The furnace was fixed, tweaked a titch more and was finally humming contentedly. Kristina checked in often to make sure that we were comfortable, and that all was going smoothly. Location was also a plus with the Pemaquid Lighthouse 5 minutes down the road and the small town of Damariscotta and all that Booth Bay Harbor has to offer only short rides in the other direction. A huge thank you to both Kristina and her Dad for making our visit one of the best stays we’ve enjoyed. We would return in a heartbeat!
